Still have my 2216’s from high school and they still shoot great. Hit hard and don’t shatter.
A round of applause for this video!!! Your channel is awesome :)
Thanks!
I used to shoot aluminum before carbon got popular and I did all my own arrows It became a fun hobby I cut all of them and fletched with feathers just cause I thought they were cool It was fun I don’t know a whole lot about carbon
Nice. Differently fun when you have the time. Running low on aluminums. Ran carbons this year. Fun stuff. Thanks!
I didn't know they ever stopped being great
James Hagerman They fly nice. Next season I’m running again
Aye, Tony!
Another great video keep them coming buddy
Good work man they shot nice, and that buck damnnnnn son
Getting closer to understanding how they fly. And for Cousin Tonys buck in his yard. Real nice one!
Yes, aluminum is the best.
For me.
Need to find a dozen soon. I’m running low. Thanks!
I'm going back to aluminum. Not so much because I want to but my state law has ridiculous arrow weight requirements for hunting. The arrow must be 6 grains per pound of draw weight. I have a short draw length and arrow and have a hard time getting enough weight into the short arrow. An arrow that would be legal weight from my bow set at 60# would not be legal weight if I raised my poundage to 70 even though the same arrow would have more energy. Washington State is crazy.
MrMOLONLABE1776 I had no idea they had laws like that in this county. I’m just doing it for my father that passed. Would be really cool to get a nice deer with his arrows. They fly nice brother. Hit hard. Good luck!
Use finger nail polish remover. Don't use alcohol glue won't stick. To clean shafts.
I will definitely try that. Thanks!
I shoot 2315 arrows, I'll never change to carbon.
After really making me crazy. Practice tips all match at 75gains. Why the one was dropping 1816 and 1916. The smaller shaft was flying low.
Vic there's several bags chuck full of acorns on the street- it's coming to an end- soon no more acorns.
Owwww maybe ill stop over!
what king of aluminum shafts are those?
Sorry I didn't see this comment right away. I believe Easton XX75 1916's They fly nice for me. Im in need of some more. Thanks!
I’m a carbon guy now but used to shoot aluminum.
WV Outdoorsman Going back in time this year!
Your definitely aiming to give some poor deer a sore ankle!
What vanes are you using
Not really sure. Probably something we had for years. I’ve got some deer down with them arrows. Fly nice.
Dial It Viccccc & Now " N O C " ' Em Down For The Freezer. Be Safe, Buddy ! ATB T God Bless
hahahaha I like that. Im going to try. I would like to get a big doe actually. Im bow hunting a area that's loaded with deer. Im down to my last 3 meals of meat in freezer.
Cool bro, I will stick to my carbon arrows. I shot my first deer with mini blasters!!!
Joeeeeeee yes cabons are great. Im doing this to keep the Bubby sprite alive. Ill send some more down range to really get them flying straight. Thanks!
