Obviously the turnover was bad, but I love Herbo’s fearlessness. He took some big hits out there but he doesn’t shy away from contact. However he has to learn to get down, you can only take so many hits
anthony gomes I’m actually for tyrod getting his job back when he’s healthy. Herbert is better but I feel there’s still some stuff he can learn before completely taking over as the chargers QB.
I'm so glad all the other teams passed him up. He is a combo of pocket and can run. He is a tall QB who can make aniticipation throws and go deep but also can hit his crosses and check downs. Imagine him with a top o-line and a healthy D with Derwin back and he will make them a special team for years to come. Our only worry as bolts fans is that the coach will impede his progress which I don't think Lynn will do. Lynn wants him healthy for next year knowing he will be the face of the franchise. Tyrod is a solid back up and game manager. The way the season is starting with all these injuries, and the way Tyrod runs, Herbert might need to grow up in a hurry which might be a good thing for us fans.
As a chiefs fan, the chiefs defense sucked. We need to improve on the defense. Offense was sloppy as well the first few quarters. Herbert looks like a star out there. Definitely ready to start.

Look I love Tua's passing abilities and personality. He's already a pro's pro at life. My gut just tells me he's got more hurdles to climb than Herbert to get to where he wants to be in the NFL.
There is absolutely NO WAY that Taylor should be the starter after about week 6. No way. In fact Taylor probably should not be the starter this coming week. I would consider Anthony Lynn an idiot if he decides to make Tyrod the starter again when he’s recovered I say just make Herbert QB1 with the Chargers he played way better then Tyrod.

But he will learn from that. He has all of the qualities of a really good NFL QB. Now he just needs the experience. Taylor is not the future of the Chargers - Herbert is. The Chargers need to see him play fairly quickly so they can really be prepared for his second year - which is when most young QB's really start to shine.
Honestly that interception he had was a good decision just thought he was Mahomes. If he just squared up and threw to him on the run it's a touchdown.
He needed 10 more yards on that throw, easy TD
I don't care who you're a fan of, this kid is going to be special.
GO CHARGERS
Yeah chargers go to the shower
Can someone explain to me why the Chargers are still going to start Tyrod Taylor after seeing this performance from Justin Herbert??
Could’ve done this without the music
I would consider Anthony Lynn an idiot if he decides to make Tyrod the starter again when he’s recovered I say just make Herbert QB1 with the Chargers he played way better then Tyrod.
Oregon doesn't play a system offense, not since chip Kelly, such a cop out of BS. Oregon is probably going to win a national championship with coach Cristobal and all the talent they have coming in. Go Ducks!!!
i blame sam tevi ...4:58 haha damn it tevi
pretty positive that interception wasnt because "he doesnt have the arm mahomes has" ..... watch the tape
@Davidoff Shapirol thats not the point im making. If they both threw that ball the same exact thing would have happened.
Dang NFL when did you get all these spammers?
Who's Tyrod Taylor?
