Pro TIp : Just FYI Black Man here so been familiar with this product going back to 80s watching dad use it to shave face. He removed hair and magic shave with butter knife. Magic does have a specific smell just fyi. When i used it in 90s 2000s. I used cream. Have very sensitive skin. As time went on. Best method is just let it sit and forget. Do a chore. Play a video game read etc. Then damp some Bounty Paper towels and wipe face. They follow up with Dry Bounty Paper Towel with pressure and it will remove hair out of every pore. I then get another paper towel then put mixture of 90 percent rubbing alcohol and a astringent to clean pores. Used this method for my head for the first time today with perfect results.
Yo, Harry. When doing these types of videos, you should do half your head with your regular razor and the other half with the product you are reviewing. This way we can truly see the difference it makes compared to a regular razor. Love the vids!
I use it. Works really good, especially for me a black man who has very coarse hair. I leave it on for about 7 mins though. Its like a nair for the scalp so yea its gonna smell a little funny. I use a little coconut oil or argan oil after to sooth my scalp
As a black guy I use it periodically, but it doesn't take everything off. BUT, if you're scalp is extremely sensitive, it's worth a periodic use if you bump up a lot and have only a light shadow of hair to remove. Also, you wiped it off against the grain, which is probably why you got the rash. Of course, the irony is that's how you get the most hair to come off. lol You also failed to mention the most important part - this stuff smells terrible and you absolutely have to wash your head multiple times to get the scent out. So, it's not suitable for use right before work. This is a weekend use only.
The powder version works better! It gets as smooth as waxing & I've had no bad reactions to it...only con is the smell of the original version but they have the scented powder version too
You are never supposed to let it dry. Always keep damp. Some times people will get a rash thats why you should test your skin in a smaller area. 2nd never get the premixed tubes always get the powder. This stuff works very very very well!!
I use that cream quite often and the powder as well but with the cream u have to leave it on for atleast 15-20 mins the longer the better actually (of course with out burning your scalp but u will feel when it’s ready to come off)and I never use a towel to wipe it because when u use the towel it irritates your skin due to the chemicals that’s in it and the rubbing from the towel makes it worse because your skin is a little sensitive after u leave the cream on. I use a credit card to get it off.Hopes this helps it really is a good product it’s just the directions are totally wrong lol and the only reason it says it’s formulated for black men is because most black men can’t use a razor so that’s y it’s formulated for black men ,doesn’t necessarily means that white men cant use it, that should be obvious because if white men couldn’t use it NONE of your hair would’ve came off.
Last year that I decided shave my head for a week.I liked it so much that I decided to keep the look since then. After a month I decided to try this same creme. I followed the instructions and I had only a bit of reaction. The results were mixed at best for me. But then about 3-5 days later, I felt the stubble again.
I actually had to keep the stuff on for close to 15 minutes in order to get a complete clean look. It is a comparison to nair. Same thing happens with the rash but after a couple of uses that rash went away for me. I prefer a razor anyway.
If you're sensitive to razors, you can use a razor to clean off what the Magic cream doesn't because the cream breaks down the remaining hair follicles so it won't become a sharp point that embeds back into your skin. I've been doing this almost daily for years now. If I try to use a razor without the Magic cream, my skin gets completely messed up- bumps and inflammation.
The products work great, powder or cream. You may need to leave on for much longer, like 10 to 15 minutes, forget the 4 to 7 for legal stuffs. IT WORKS GREAT!
@@kylebaca1 You may have to experiment with how long to get effective result. Just make sure it stays hydrated and that you don't get irritations or too much burning sensations.

there aer different typs of these creams, some of them are more powerful some are for sensitive skin which are less powerful. on the places you have thicker hair or more hair you need to apply a little more of it, imagine it as like you want to dissolve something in acid, more you want to dissolve, more acid you need. also you need wash it of with as cold as possible water to don't boost the chemical process to avoid chemical skin burn. and from what i know, plastic scraper that is provided by veet, works much much better than towel, it works like razor without blade, since your hair becomes extremely soft as it dissolves it can bring down less dissolved hair that towel can not.

Just like everything in life…it’s not for everyone. However it works great for my bald husband. 7 min may be fine for other parts of the body or if you have fine hair…but 7 min def is not long enough if you have thick head hair. And you most definitely need a Way Way thicker coating!!! You did not use enough on the sides/back of head at all. My bald husband has been using the extra strength cream version twice a week for 6+ months now. (The first couple applications…his skin was a bit more sensitive so we slowly added more time. But he’s tough lol. Also, if you recently shaved or have a nick/scratch on skin, blemish, etc…not good to use.) Anyway…I usually help him apply it evenly & then he does the rest in the shower. He leaves it on for 15 min. (I’ve seen others leave it on much longer up to 30min 😬.) You’ll want to use a good quality moisturizing shave balm afterwards! (Husband uses the Nivea Sensitive Cooling Post Shave Balm.) Final result is a bald head that is smooth as a baby’s butt 🍑!!!

I honestly didn't think it was going to work when you started wiping it off with the cloth.
I wanted to see a second run
I've heard it really stinks while you're wiping it off. Is that true?
02chevyguy it smells disgusting
I’d love to see a podcast at Baldcafe with a youtuber ”Chris Eeg”. You should check him out 😊.
Yes! I have seen some of his videos. Good idea I will try and link up with him. Thanks! Any questions you would like me to ask specifically?

Any surgery for permanent head hair removal?
Specially for NW7
You should to use the blue bottle it strong
I have the same problem
12 years using this for my face. I can't shave without it.
I shave my head almost daily in a hot shower and no soap or cream!
You're doing it wrong man. Wipe in the direction of the hair growth... and don't wipe a wide area at one time. Wipe a small area with some hard pressing. I use this product every 5 days and it works like a charm.
True. Didnt work for me either.
It takes me less than 10 minutes to razor shave twice a week. Tbh creams just don't seem worth it to me when I know I can get it done easily
Why does it look like you're regrowing your hair?
This was 4 days of not shaving. I usually shave it every tore day.
So it's like Nair or Veet ? To a certain degree i suppose. Ya actually disappointing . Thx for the video though !
Hi buddy,
Loving your vids. I’m not sure whether you’ve talk about this is any of your previous vids, but I was wondering what your views were on hair systems. They seem to be growing in popularity with a lot of young guys in particular choosing this option. I’ve seen a load of vids on the subject and I have to say they do look great. So yeah I’d be interested to know your thoughts?.
Have not done one yet. But I will in the future for sure. Maybe when I am back in the UK. I will most likely try one out just for the content too. I think that would make a good video.
Baldcafe cool ! that would make for a very interesting video 👍
I like the powder better
When I used this I always had to go back over it with a 🪒 that’s y I stopped
You should have use the red can
Your not supposed to rub it in like a lotion which you did and you are also supposed to apply a generous amount which your coat was kind of thin...
You didn't put enough on the thicker areas.
Probably should have a credit card
I can shave my head in 5 minutes while I’m in the shower anyway.
Right i can do it that fast too.. literally can do it blind
I'm your 1k like
Harry mate some products are a hit and miss it looks like this products was a miss.
