Love the robust underwater lights. They will be great attention getters, and you and your guests will appreciate the nightly fish views. Your vessel will be the talk in all marinas.
After following the build on your yacht I must say that I am very impressed with the thought and build quality of the Bering yachts. I loved the explanation by Alex on the various explanations by him. He explains it in basic laymen terms. Good choice of selecting the Bering.
Just fascinating how much respect I've gained for shipbuilders (Bering in particular) simply by watching this series. Just thinking of the design and production work involved feels overwhelming. And the customer service is exceptional.
@@NautiGuyscan I ask if you have a metal structure, in the summer the metal (that you touch like walking be the side rails or in the back under the deck the front sun pad/anchor area,, there is a lot of exposed (probably with paint or wrap) metal) won’t you burn yourself? I don’t really know a lot about yachts though, but there is probably an answer.
The metal window cover that you mentioned is usually called a Deadlight. We used them mostly to stop light leaking to the outside from inside the ship (at least on a warship). When we had opening ports (scuttles) there was a more substantial Deadlight, as you said, if there is ever a problem with the window glass. Your Bering 75 is looking more shipshape and rather fabulous, by the way.
You say 'Big' as often as you like, youve earned it 👊 I'm loving these build step by step vids..i had no idea there was going to be fairing compound all over the hull, imagine the poor guys having that job 😂😂 how is that even done on such a massive ship..the mind boggles..
Thank you guys so much for doing these "in process" tours! It is so interesting. Even in its unfinished state you can see the attention to detail in the construction, and your thoughtfulness in the design. So cool!!!
The scene of the 3 of you standing at different ends of the main salon gave me a quick flashback of one of the aircraft carrier hangar bays before being filled with jets, equipment and people 😀
WOW! It is massive. Open concept is perfect. I like the same in a condominium. Big open kitchen facing into the room is perfect for feeling spacious and inclusive while entertaining. And with a professional chef, there is some theatre in being able to see the meal being prepared. What is the actual square footage of the living space and the outdoor space? To me, this is the way to live aboard. It is like living on a floating 2 story penthouse appartement. Without the charter business a 65 would be perfect. Crazy thing is, a penthouse apt this size in my home city of Toronto would cost far more than the Bering.
Wowzers! Yes, BIG!! So excited and happy for you (and me)🎉👏🏻 Thank you for the walk thru. Love you guys and was very happy to have dinner with you at Marina Del Rey last year. The excitement keeps building… hard to believe the progress on the build. Stay safe and happy. 👍🏻❤️🍀🍀🍀👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍀🍀🍀
The metal plates that can be fixed to the inside of windows in rough weather, these are also on cruise ships. I worked on cruise ships and they have covers for all port holes and the smallest Windows up to and including deck 5. They use a hinged bolt with butterfly nuts to securely seal the window in case of breakage. It is actually the twisting of the ship/boat in heavy seas that breaks the window more than the water pressure. The exception being the forward facing windows. As always another great video from you. Thank you for sharing..
The quality from the ground up is impressive. As soon as you stepped inside, the sound difference was immediately apparent. She’s going to be one impressive boat.
Just gets more exciting to see it coming together. It's really amazing to watch them in the final stages. You think No way is it going to be done on time, then suddenly, there it is. Been thru it on a US Navy ship, but this is a lot cooler.
So super excited, it feels like I have also been to the giant shed many times and seen this Very BIG boat take shape… if I’m this excited, I can’t even start to imagine how you two must feel…!? 😃
Oh yes as someone living paycheck to paycheck in a extended stay hotel I must say how thrilled I was to watch this video fabulous is words I can't describe to see this video pardon me I have to go call the maid and Butler to bring me some champagne
Thanks for sneak peak, its looking like you two will have enough room to live a board. I guess we have to wait till next week to see the wild goose. She is bad to the bone, beautiful.😊
Extraudinary to see Your Bering 75.. Fantastic 💜 Just Amazed at how large it is. Always great to see Zaida and sometimes the other Bering Crew. Thank You Victoria and Rico, Absolutely Brilliant and Beautiful 💜👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
How cool is that, she is taking shape in front of our eyes. Thank you for taking us along, I can't imagine how exciting it is to actually be there and for Alexei conducting the building of her for you folks. before we know it, you will be launching her for the first time. You have got to name her!
I have been following you both for a while now and Bearing is such an amazing Boat builder. My mom and Dad watched the video of the Bearing 77 and they were Yacht owners a few years ago. My Dad was at awe watching the quality of the Bearing 77. Cannot wait to see your dream come true and taking your 1st trip!!
I enjoy the tours on the other channel, and watch them as soon as they are posted, but I have been thoroughly fascinated by these build updates. Just watching the changes along with you guys has been a learning experience and I look forward to seeing your vision come to life.
Surely others have pointed out by now that it will not seem so big with walls and doors and floors and ceilings and furnishings. Take a breath. That said, it is so awesome that you are sharing all of this with us. So exciting. And you two are such a pair. If you asked me to create a motto for you, for the official (striped obviously) crew polo shirt ( I would suggest bringing back the rugby jersey, but either way) it would be, "Fearless and Devoted" or some permutation of those words.
So… I have never thought much of life on the sea. A couple months ago I stumbled upon a video of yours… obsessed with the lifestyle now. Researching different types, sizes etc. I love watching your channel because your excitement just bleeds through the screen. I am so happy that you are sharing your journey to becoming the owner of this beautiful boat. Educational, fun and enjoyable. Some day I hope we too can enjoy this process! Keep up the great work!
I’m so excited for you all - It’s been quite a journey through this stage of project, and absolutely fascinating to experience all the interrelated processes. I can only imagine the thrill of realizing such a dream. Looking forward to every stage til launch. Thanks for sharing you guys! 😊
Hi guysn the yacht is looking awesome. We can see how excited you two are starting to get. Tell you the truth, I would be our of this world too. I can't wait for the next video. Cheers, guys! ❤
You know, when folks say stop saying it's big or huge, don't mind them because ITS MASSIVE! I'm just a regular guy, I never have been on a yacht, aircraft carrier, yes but not something a pretty as a live aboard ship, I am happy for you both in getting what YOU want. I checked off a box on my bucket list myself and got a car I always wanted to have, it's used , of course, but it's what I always dreamed of. Follow your dreams you two because it will be your home and it has to be right in every way for you to enjoy.
You two deserve it and I am super happy for you. All the joy you brought us and knowledge gained from your splendid videos. All that hard work in the editing room. All that time. Hard work! Now, you manifest your reward.
We are feeling the excitement for you!🎉 It's unbelievable the amount of space that can be brought out of this vessel. Oh " deadlights"... ( Editing Rico/ Victoria got that. ) Looking forward to seeing the next installment!
Because of your well-deserved success, and the wonderful adventures you & your guests will have on this beautiful yacht, I think a great name would be the one used by a hit song in the 1970's "DreamWeaver".
Wow it’s really coming together! Lots of room! I would like to see how the Bering 75 compares to the 80. I used to think the 80 was the sweet spot but maybe you hit it with the 75. Can’t wait to see the next update!
Your "ship" is really looking amazing. I just dont understand how you two know if you're coming or going with all the flying you do. Thank you for taking us on the journey.
The Bering 75 is looking impressive guys! Make up air unit is to counter the kitchen hood exhaust unit primarily so you can open the doors, by keeping the areas in positive pressure. Often the MAU is just called the supply fan system when on a VFD drive motor plus pressure sensors, of the HVAC network, but some times on older systems they have a dedicated fan that comes on when the kitchen hood exhaust fan comes on to re-pressurize the kitchen area.
Oh it looks wonderful, congratulations on how the build is going. Just wish my wife was still alive to see this, she passed from a stroke at the beginning of September, and we'd been watching your channels together for years. She'd be really happy for you as I am, she always loved Victoria's hair and "stripes", and loved Rico's 'Gator'. Can't wait for next week, you guys have helped me through the last few months a great deal with everything I've been going through, and giving me something to look forward too. ❤
Doom, sorry you've lost your wife. Must be extremely difficult. Glad the Nauti Crew could help keep your mind busy. I've had that with this and other channels. Take care and best hope for your future moving forward into new territory.
I guess this is what it feels like to have a baby? So great to see the progress and your excitement for the boat...I seriously can't wait myself! Awesome job guys!
Hello awesome friends,I am so impatient,I can't wait for next episode,....I know it's so much work ,in so many areas, and I am excited for you awesome couple,...love your passion ,your drive and ambition ....both of you! Tons of love and hugs from South Africa. Mitch

Well Victoria and Rico, it’s finally gotten to the point where the fitting her out starts. I’m just as excited and happy as y’all are! She’s really looking good! I am extremely impressed with Bering and have learned a lot about how much actually goes into the creation of a new yacht. I thank you both so much for bringing us along on your journey. I’m looking forward to seeing all of your updates as there is no way I can miss seeing them. Perhaps she will show us what her name will be as all of us watch, and help with warm wishes, her being born. I can’t wait for her sea trials! She’s looking awesome!🤩 👍🏻🤙🏻😎

I feel like Victoria should have a lot of input with the interior designer over the interior decorating, i.e. textiles, materials, cabinetry surfaces, colours etc. She has impeccable fashion sense and a good eye for matching patterns and tones that compliment each other, which will translate well to the decor tones. Just let her do what comes naturally and it will look sooo classy.
Love the robust underwater lights. They will be great attention getters, and you and your guests will appreciate the nightly fish views. Your vessel will be the talk in all marinas.
Thanks for sharing!! The lights are definitely going to set the tone in the evenings 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Starting to look in ship sharp condition:). I agree great beam. Big project and commitment. I’d be a nervous wreck lol.
Roger that! It would be an amazing night view.

Great update! Looks huge 🤩
MASSIVE 🤯💙⚓️
Add a flat screen monitor where a window would be fed by a sea facing camera. Plenty of outside view with no chance of water leaks!
What is behind that wall that is to the front where crew quarters is. It seems like you have wasted space that could be added to crew quarters.
So many decisions!! Safety first always:). Lots of open air on yachts. Gonna feel smaller every visit 😊
She's coming along, and she is big!
Such a beauty she will be. She is growing faster now.
Super Exciting ... she's going to be Exceptionally Fabulous, loved the update ⚓️💙
Can't wait for the next update.
