I had a good look at the material.
    Thank you
However, if you mix MLCC powder with Na-based, KOH, etc. by hand, the skin on your hands will crack after 2-3 days. Put it in a PVC bottle and shake to mix.

Great series of videos! Thanks for posting.
Of the many disregards for safety and health in this video, I think the most worrisome is the potential for lead poisoning.
Both the (solder on the) MLCCs and your 'material A' contain lead. There are visible clouds of dust of these materials at many points in the process (e.g. 15:17, but many other moments), and it is inevitable you are inhaling some.
For very little cost, you could take measures to protect yourself from touching and inhaling that lead and prevent it from contaminating everything.

a certainty is that your worker will die of heavy metal poisoning sooner than later unless you give them some protection.
but your outfit may become unprofitable if you do.
your worker like to work (like this) because they have no real other choice.

    Excellent video my friend.
So many people in comments worried about there health and safety. WTF? Doesn't anyone know how to live and take some risk? Yeah health is important but what does it matter if you die in a car accident , food poisoning, struck by lightning or any number of variables that can happen in a day. You can bet 100% you are not going to live forever, so live now and stop being little bitches.
Sorry about the rant, love these videos, keep up the good work.

Nice video, i didn't know these could be processed so easily but i think you should use the ball mill to crush AND mix all the material at the same time. You won't put as many mlcc's in but you'd save a lot of time and effprt or maybe invest or even construct a small rock crusher

Water washing the burnt MLCCs' to remove the ash would have helped, followed by a magnetic separation to remove nickle alloys. What would be left? in short, "only the good stuff" with porcelain. You could leave that in or possibly dissolve it out with heated sodium hydroxide. At that point it's just the chemical processes

Come on Man, take Your workers some mask and work shoes, they work hard for you, and they even haven,t any safety against agressive chemicals. Second thing: You should take all this together in rock crusher. Mixing effect will be same i think.
And the third: Do you use some air filters in there? In Europe that chemistry in free market its fobridden.
Take care of Your people and good luck.

    • @squarecompass4582
      @squarecompass4582 4 ปีที่แล้ว

yes i quess it refeers to NP0 dielectricum. which has some amount of silver and palladium in it. but these MLCC are only used in applications where high temperatures occur. so i dont believe its worth if what he does. Gold ist not yet mentioned with MLCC. In the end there is also Silver in some tin solder (but not all).
