I was chatting to a famous singer once and he said that he can read thousands of positive comments about the band and it’s music, but he would let the one negative comment overrule the good ones. The reason people are nasty is purely down to envy, jealousy and spite. You will never rid people of that nature so laugh and smile as you read their comments and feel pity for the sad life they must have. Keep on rolling mate x

Good man. What i started to do while live in a van was roll my duve and sheet in to a long tube as back rest on the bed/sofa. Fastetst bedding ever. Live in a house now and still does it. ( No need to replay)

I've been watching van life videos, a few every day for a few years now and I must say, yours are some of the best. It's your down to earth style, you're funny and relatable as well. That's why I subscribed the very first time I came across your videos. There will come a time when you won't be able to keep up with replying to every comment...it's to be expected. I mean, you do have a life apart from TH-cam after all. 😊 As for the negative comments, just let them be like water gliding off of a duck's back...As I said before, it's TH-cam, after all. lol Those types of comments go with the territory, sadly. Excellent vlog, I think you have done amazingly well and it’s a brave thing to do. Once you get into your stride and get used to it you will feel more settled. You will learn a lot from other tubers on park ups. I can fully see why you are doing this, it doesn’t matter how hard people work it’s never enough to pay rent/mortgages utility bills, food etc. Enjoy the freedom you have given yourself. As for the negative comments - block em! They are just tubetrolls. You and Helen are good together and long may you both continue to share your life with us through your vlogs 😊

Ooh I’ve just subbed to your channel. God Knows why it came up on my feed? New van life, naturally shot vids. Easy to watch Well done! Quit a few people now choosing a van life. Including my brother who’s had an amazing first year, travelling all over the place. Recording it all. Winter is obvs harder, but once the summer arrives, he’s campsite to campsite, (he’s bought a tent attachment) enjoying beautiful scenery and finds some fab places. He’s off to Italy or three months this summer.Great memories. Think what your doing is amazing.

The great thing about you James is your honesty and down to earth attitude. It's the real you on the screen, no agendas, just an truthful account of the adventure you are on and showing it as it is, which these days often isn't the case with youtubers! Also just love your dry Barnsley sense of humour which is never forced or planned, but just casually comes out naturally as an observational aside. I'm rooting for you and really looking forward to being a part of your experiences. Would I love to do what you are doing? Yes. Can I? No, not in my present situation, but at least I can live it vicariously through you!

love your work mate, you and the misses are a great couple, I lived in a van for 2 years and loved it after leaving my ex, she said it was embarrasing that i'd rather live in a van than be with her, I told her I'd rather live on a park bench than be with her again 😆 admittedly i was in Australia, but the van was basic and freezing sometimes, i used to grab freezing showers at the surf clubs or wash in the ocean everyday...there was plenty of shrinkage.🥶

Excellent vlog, I think you have done amazingly well and it’s a brave thing to do. Once you get into your stride and get used to it you will feel more settled. You will learn a lot from other tubers on park ups. I can fully see why you are doing this, it doesn’t matter how hard people work it’s never enough to pay rent/mortgages utility bills, food etc. Enjoy the freedom you have given yourself. As for the negative comments - block em! They are just tubetrolls. You and Helen are good together and long may you both continue to share your life with us through your vlogs 😊

Ooh I’ve just subbed to your channel. God Knows why it came up on my feed? New van life, naturally shot vids. Easy to watch Well done! Quit a few people now choosing a van life. Including my brother who’s had an amazing first year, travelling all over the place. Recording it all. Winter is obvs harder, but once the summer arrives, he’s campsite to campsite, (he’s bought a tent attachment) enjoying beautiful scenery and finds some fab places. He’s off to Italy or three months this summer.Great memories. Think what your doing is amazing.

The great thing about you James is your honesty and down to earth attitude. It's the real you on the screen, no agendas, just an truthful account of the adventure you are on and showing it as it is, which these days often isn't the case with youtubers! Also just love your dry Barnsley sense of humour which is never forced or planned, but just casually comes out naturally as an observational aside. love your work mate, you and the misses are a great couple, I lived in a van for 2 years and loved it after leaving my ex, she said it was embarrasing that i'd rather live in a van than be with her, I told her I'd rather live on a park bench than be with her again 😆 admittedly i was in Australia, but the van was basic and freezing sometimes, i used to grab freezing showers at the surf clubs or wash in the ocean everyday...there was plenty of shrinkage.🥶
