Hello Boss. Sana sumasagot pa kayo sa mga questions. Graduate ako ng Mechanical Engineer but wala ako experience as an Engineer dito sa Australia. Manufacturing background ko pero ngayun nasa mining ako. Gusto ko sana i pursue para ma recognize yung engineering degree at maka apply ako position na engineer sa mining. Tama ba decision ko na mag enrol ulit ng Bachelors degree ( online ) in Mechanical Engineering para makamit ko yung goal ko.
'A' po sa ABET is Accreditation, not America. ABET - Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.

Very informative video ma'am and sir. Tanong ko lang po, considered pa rin po bang accredited ang school ko kung nasa partial accreditation lang sya ng WA accord? May nakalagay po kasi doon na for interim review. Baka may idea lang po kayo paano ang magiging process nito. Maraming salamat po sa pagsagot.
Hindi pa po. Ang alam ko need muna maging full status bago ma qualify sa Washington accord. Isa pa pong point di ko rin po sure kung maging full po ang Philippines, magiging automatic accepted yung mga alumni or applied lang ung full accreditation sa mga new graduates after ng full status. Hello po good day! Ano po kayang skilled occupation classification ng Planning Engineer/Scheduler? Wala po kasi sa list pero ung description po ng Construction Project Manager ung related. Civil Engineer po sa PH pero planning/scheduling and controls ung experiences and certificates na meron.
Baka po pwede ka na ma classify as engineering manager sa list. Not 100% sure pero meron non sa EA list

Dun ka na po sa accredited na ng EA para sulit po ung pagod at hirap nyo. Otherwise mag dadaan ka pa po sa migration skills assessment

Hii po! I'm an incoming 3rd year college here in the Philippines and Australia has always been my dream country to work as an engineer. However, I'm struggling with my studies. The courses are getting harder and harder which is why the results of my grades are not that really good. To be honest, irregular student na po ako since I already failed one course. With that po, I'm very worried about how I'm gonna work abroad and live my dream life if my transcript of record is already ruined. I just wanna ask po if the gwa or the TOR really matters in applying for an engineering job? does it affect your position or anything like that? Hoping po for your response. Thank you so much po!
Hi. Do not be dismay. Your grades does not reflect who you are. Also, dito i have not seen naman anything like that na may consideration kung mataas ung grades. As long as may qualification. Pasok un. :) hope it helps. :)

Roads and transport civil engineering is on demand in Qld. Always ask HR what visa type they accept or if they sponsor for graduates after doing student visa. State and council jobs usually only accept PR and citizens.

I am planning to take a master of engineering in civil engineering sa Western Sydney University. Possible po ba na accept ako ng mga Australian Companies as as Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer after graduation kahit Temporary Working Visa lang hawak ko? If yes, marami na bang na-accept as Graduate Civil/Engineer? Or mahirap pa rin talaga makahanap ng work kahit graduate ka ng masters na accredited ng Engineers Australia? Halos kasi lahat ng job postings ng mga Australian Companies dapat Citizen or PR para makuha sa graduate engineer program nila. Salamat sa sagot and more power sa inyo.
Depends on the employer if they accept your visa type. Council and state jobs only permanent resident and citizens.

Hello po. Graduate po ako Electrical engineering and mag tatake palang po ako ng board exam. Pero yung ate ko po ini insist na mag migrate ng Australia kasi nasa Sydney po siya. Pwedi po kaya direct hire kasi hinahanapan niya po ako ng employeer.
Pwede po ma direct hire kayo. May mga colleagues po ako na direct hired from other countries. Nabigyan sila ng short term visa while abroad para makapunta dito and then dito na lang nag processed ng kanilang follow up visa (including EA). I think with this, you need to have a backer or atleast the company is really hiring. Kinda hard to come by.

Licensed ECE din po ako na may almost 5 years experience sa Pinas nagbabalak mag student visa path to 485.
May path po ako na mag 491, kaso parang mas madugo at matagal yung approval.
