Utilitarian point of view sy war is good or bad?

Depends upon the consequences of war.
For Instance: in the Second World War, majority of the countries wanted to suppress the aggression of Germany. Because, German aggression was causing serious threats to those countries. So, they fought a war against Germany and defeated her. Although there was bloodshed in that war, but still that war against Germany was referred as good according to utilitarian principle.
Reason: Many countries were annoyed by the aggressive attitude of Germany. So, they wanted to suppress Germany. And, War did that and provided maximum satisfaction to maximum number of counties.
