For me the question is has the Seahawks D actually turned the corner and finally coming into form like they have the past few weeks? This game will go a long way in telling me that. If the Hawks can stop the run, against a very very good running team like the Cardinals then the Cardinals are in trouble. To me the key to a Cardinals win is running successfully and some kind of pressure generated on Geno. If the Cardinals can do that they’ll win, if the Cardinals do neither they’re going to get whooped.

The Cards haven't had the brutal injuries the other teams have went through and still barely ahead. The Seahawks with all new coaches, several 1st and 2nd yr Seahawks players and brutal injuries it takes time for everything needed to come together but now will be a great 2nd half team and pull off winning the division.
You obviously don’t follow our injuries than because the cards have dealt with a lot of injuries. We lost Marv for 2 games, now our starting safety out last two games. Plenty of our d line and o line have been placed on IR, and other key players have missed key games even if it was just 1-2 games could’ve helped us win bills or lions.

Responding to your point about the seahawks vs. giants game, while I do agree with your overall point that Jake is underrating the cardinals, the giants game occurred during week 4 and isn't really indicative of how the seahawks have been playing recently. When the seahawks played the rams 3 weeks ago their defense held that McVay offense with all of their stars healthy to only 13 points in regulation (although did give up the td in overtime when the offense got stopped), and held the 49ers to only 17 points and 275 yards of offense. Point is that the seahawks team that the cardinals are going to see this Sunday is playing much better than the seahawks team that lost to the giants in week 4. Should be a great game, it's been too long since the last seahawks vs. cardinals matchup that had serious division race implications.
