I lived in Barcelona and all the places you mention are good places for an extended weekend trip. It is touristy but people who are watching this video are most likely tourists so good job.
This is a tourist pack, with all respect. Catalans and people who’s integrate here searchs other food, not these. The more important thing to know is that the city centre and the beach is really difficult to see people from bcn in the last years and sadly, shops and restaurants are all created for people who stay for a short time.

The food choices are correct (of course we could add or change things but its okey) but these places are made for turists which means that it will be more expensive.
Sorry mate but paella is from Valencia, seafood from Galicia, gazpacho from Andalucia, pinchos from Basque country, etc the quality of these dishes are average here in Barcelona because are destined for tourists. Just bread+tomate and Cava could be considered good here. and we eat tapas but it’s now the way we eat here, sharing your food its just for a quick meeting. Next time try Botifarra, pantumaca, calçots, bombas, escalivada, esqueixada, crema catalana, gallets, cargols, canelones, fuet...so f***ing hard to miss them and you mentioned none
"Seafood from Galicia"?? What about the rest of Spain's coastal waters from Roses to Gibraltar and all the way around to San Sebastian?? I'm sure Galicia has lovely seafood, including the famous pop, but it's not the only
So… if you want churros with chocolate it’s true you have to go to the street called Petritxol, but you have to go next door, not where they are showing in the video. You have to go to Granja La Pallaresa
We made the mistake of wasting our time in mediocre places with bad service. And we never did find the large churros with the chocolate pudding. Part of the problem was that we went to Europe with another couple -- that's not a good idea!
Non of those food are original from barcelona, even catalonia. So they are nowhere near to be authentic. More like a touristic version of them. Better go for local recipies and catalan recipies which are plenty and for sure better and more true and authentic to the region.
