Good info to help me add to my tackle box! The way I lose things it always helps to have a few you can swap out and some lucky lures to keep in your back pocket. Will add to the shopping list!
Good to see a couple I just put in my pfd kit show up on your list. I also have to have a gold/ silver Williams warbler along for my wife. Her go to - and it really works for her
Those Williams can’t be beat for Brookies on most days that’s for sure! Glad you picked up the right tackle for the season, it should definitely help your success!
My go to by far...the jig and swimbait!! It catches em like crazy and as a bonus...the single hook is so easy to unhook..and specks are such powerful fish it is a little nicer to handle them when the only hook in play is in the fish...lol
Sorry dude i never use those lures .Carry a small tackle box and use little of what i carry . Use one lure till i lose it . Could you switch all those lures to single hooks?
For sure! Well teach you guys everything we know 🤫🤫 Just some extra odd ball lures that can sometimes be the ticket from having a couple bites to having a hay day!

had good luck with williams spoon candied ice hammered for brookies and lakers. Even used as a flasher with a worm.
Williams work, plain and simple 😁 Great lures made by a great company!
Awesome video. My biggest brookie every was caught on a lake Clair wabbler with 18" leader and a worm. I have a vudeo on my TH-cam channel showing it.
That is awesome! I’ll have to check it out!

Totally agree!
A 3-way rig is your best friend when they go deeper
You’ve got that right! We normally bring leadcore later in the season!

You can for sure! Single hooks would be nicer on the fish! Save them from getting hooked worse or ripping lips when they thrash!
Taking notes... 🗒️
