    I feel for Corey. He can’t stop the compulsion to prove to himself and the world he’s in control, as most abuse victims do. It’s extremely tough living from a place of always feeling like you aren’t believed and that others took full advantage of your youth and innocence and got away with it and they still hold your power and your dignity hostage. That kind of abuse causes so many lifelong issues, from self abuse, addictions, neuroses and the need to be overly controlling in nearly every aspect of your life. You will leave no potential for vulnerability open to chance. When people mess up your developmental years then make it so others will either doubt you or think you’re crazy, you often find yourself stuck carrying that bag of garbage around the rest of your life fighting to restore your faith in yourself and fighting to restore your own credibility.

    The reason no media has had him on is because this story is as sus anything. It's way more likely that the stream couldn't handle the number of people trying to watch it. This is really common when people try to stream stuff outside the major platforms, such as TH-cam or twitch, like when you set up your own website to stream your own low budget movie. Piracy happens to everything these days, you can't avoid it completely though there are steps you can take to minimise it, like Steve mentioned in this video.
    Corey has been saying he has a list of names of pedophiles who are "super powerful & relevant in Hollywood", maybe in the 90s you could claim you can't say who they are because you don't have a voice. In the 2020s, there's no reason you can't just post these names on social media, the public might not believe you but there's no reason to hide these names behind a paywall if this is really about protecting future victims or bringing these people to justice

      I'm not trying to mock you, but it stands to reason people who have been through a lot seem "off". It could be a direct side effect of the trauma, or it could just be who he is. Predators seem to have an intrinsic ability to find prey who have been abused in the past. Victims are often victimized again, which is either an astonishing coincidence, or it's a perceptible trait to some. One of the many failings of our system is that a person who genuinely needs a narcotic for any malady will find it bordering on impossible to get, because they will be unable to relay it to a rich, well adjusted, happy childhood, easy workload, doctor. They don't speak the same language metaphorically. The same rule applies for victims of assault, and abuse, neglect, they sound different because maybe they are. just a little, in ways you can pick up but not articulate. And because of this cops wont believe their stories, wont use the test kits, doctors will assume their back is fine and condemn them to a lifetime of crippling agony instead of medicine or surgery. We can't change the way public looks at this stuff, but we could change the inherent, abysmal, neglect the system has in store for these people. Besides, "just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not watching you".

    I wondered what really happened to the doc. My best guess is he named someone or a production company who was ready to bring a libel suit if it debuted and the crew who made it collectively voted Corey down. I think he sincerely believes his version of events and it is a common aspect of PTSD to attach meaning or relevance and create some sense of justice in the aftermath of a senseless trauma. Also if he invests in this narrative of conspiracy and intrigue then he doesn’t have to accept what happened to him and do the inner work of processing those emotions and possibly healing and forgiving those that hurt him. It’s truly easier to go the route you see him take in this vid.

      No. His stuff wasn't hacked... There was a Documentary, and he didn't name any names he hadn't already done publicly before the Documentary. Nobody cared enough to put in the time, or money to have anyone hack this to stop it from happening. The Documentary isn't that hardcore. Feldman wanted to charge a crazy amount originally to have this Documentary made. He claimed it was because he was FINALLY name some names that he hasn't, but has been claiming he was going to do for years. That if he did, he was going to need some big Lawyers to back him up, because he would get sued. This whole thing was probably just a stunt by Feldman, to make it even a bigger deal.
      I remember people paying like $10 for a ticket, and then the event went to shit. Nobody is trying to bring Feldman down. He's no longer that huge of a deal. Over the years, his different careers have gone downhill. But there will always be that debate that he should just name the names already, but that he can't because of getting sued. Maybe this was all a ruse to stay relevant.

      I lost all respect for him when he did the original fundraising for the documentary by saying he'd name his abusers "who are still working in hollywood" but he needed 10 million dollars to make a film about it first. What kind of jackass holds that kind of information for ransom when there are still kids at risk?
      Not to mention, when multiple women accuse him of inappropriate behavior, he's not the victim of a conspiracy, he's the victim of his own toxicity.

      @thatonemovieguy-h4b 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@ShaynaDomina One true argument he could always use, and did about the naming names is the backlash, that he would get sued. That even if he knows exactly who these people working in Hollywood are that are doing these things, he wouldn't have any actual proof of it, and therefore would be considered Slander. But that 10 Million budget got him laughed at so hard. That even if he raised that much money to name the names, it still probably wasn't going to happen. This story itself is really only one of the things keeping him relevant, being talked about. His music stuff is ridiculous, he hasn't been in a decent show/movie in years, and seems to be a bit odd in certain aspects. And the thing is, that it's Hollywood. The Predators he knows about are just some of many. That those kind of people have, and will always be around. Especially in any position holding power.

I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Corey has seen and been through some FUCKED UP shit, that they did him super dirty, and that they took advantage of him in really horrible ways when he was still a child... BUT... I don't think that there are spies or all these other things. I think what happened here is a bunch of drug dealers and pedos who scarred him for life and hung him out to dry, a broken man. And he desperately wants to feel like he's got some way to take revenge, so he envisions himself at the center of all these conspiracies, fighting the good fight, while there is really nothing he can do, sadly. My biggest problem with people who claim abuse in Hollywood years later is that they continued to go for new roles and never seemed to have any issues with the abuse until their careers faded.
      I know it's shitty to mention the timing of anyone coming forward with allegations....I totally understand that it must not be easy. But it is different on Hollywood when these people chose to continue to live and work there and try be apart of that community. This isn't someone who was assaulted at a party and just didn't tell anyone for 20 years. Way different.
