Hi ,we’ve been to krakow twice and absolutely loved it. Gorgeous city, but you definitely have to go back as you have only scratched the surface, the trumpeter playing is at the top of the tower in the square , he plays every hour on the hour. The history of this city is amazing, loads more to see. Well done on a great vlog. 👏👍
Yes we definitely need to return as like you say there is so much to see and do, we saw and filmed the trumpeter on the final day which will go out tomorrow at 5pm Thank you ☺️
You 2 have been very respectful in both of these videos, and made watching them very enjoyable and emotional. I’ve been and done these places many years ago but thank you for reminding me of this .
Thanks for kind words about our country. If you liked it i recommend visiting Gdansk, Wrocław and Zakopane. These are the most frequently chosen places in Poland. Cheers!
Absolutely love your hat Lynn, proper suits you, them cakes looked soooo nice, hope you're having a great time, & Rob you can't have a pint & Lynn only a tiny baileys 😢 get to that bar 😂 awesome vlog guys ❤️🌹🍻🔥💪🏼 xx

28:22 The Hejnał Mariacki is a melody in the key of F major, played every hour from the northern tower of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kraków by a trumpeter. The guard on duty at the St. Mary's Church tower saw the approaching hordes heading towards the city. By playing his trumpet, he managed to warn the inhabitants of the danger, but he paid for this act with his life. A Tatar arrow pierced his throat. In memory of this event, the melody of the hejnał still abruptly ends to this day.

Absolutely fabulous vlog both, Lynn you are a natural at telling us the history of the factory. I bet the next vlog will be so emotional and that you will send us all to tears. ❤️
Aw I loved Krakow, the Schindler Factory was one of my highlights and the Jewish quarter. We went into a Synagogue to escape the snow (we went in Jan) and it was used during Nazi occupation to house the cattle. Just horrifying the things that happened :( I will never forget how i felt at Auschwitz and Birkenau, just horrific. The Wawel castle is worth a look around and the salt mines are fab! Wow what an unusual great video. Your visit to Shindlers factory and the Jewish quarter was very moving. As someone who's family came from Poland in the 1930s you presented your video in a very respectful way. Prepare yourselves for Aushwitz. Thank you. Clive.
Thank you, we did eventually find that out, stunning church 100% and they thought it was highly amusing that two old fossils were sat on the pavement 😂😂
@RobandLynnontour a best friends father escaped Poland at the collapse of defence made it to Spain could speak six languages contrived and managed to get to france where he joined the resistance caused utter mayhem due to his vengeful promises got to England joined the funny mob sent back to france to create more carnage survived and married a English rose a great man and so unassuming. my friend always gives me the history of Poland and I listen a historical country
You were lucky an inspector didn't get on the tram. They are dotted about everywhere. Speaking from experience, we were caught without tickets because we couldn't work the machine. We were taken off at the next available stop, treated like criminals and very very heavily fined. They do not accept being English or other nationality as an excuse for not paying your fare. My poor daughter was petrified. We walked back to our hotel and didn't get back on another tram. And we have been to Krakow numerous times. We read up on it and it is considered extremely bad not to purchase a ticket.
Wow, thank god an inspector didn’t get on and that we managed to fathom it out… eventually. That’s awful for you, you would think that they would give a little leeway to overseas travellers, hope it didn’t spoil your experience.

Fantastic video again. Thank you both keep them coming
@@nicholaspovey3603 thank you, we are so glad you enjoyed it.
Wow what an unusual great video. Your visit to Shindlers factory and the Jewish quarter was very moving. As someone who's family came from Poland in the 1930s you presented your video in a very respectful way. Prepare yourselves for Aushwitz.
Thank you.
Clive.
Hi Clive and thank you, we are glad you enjoyed it. It was very moving and emotional.
Yes it’s going to be very hard.
Thank you
Trust me. Even McDonald’s taste different in Poland. Especially burgers with Chicken.
The pork with egg was slightly different, more spicy than in the uk
Corpus Christie …. Body of Christ ..Church
Lady photographer. …. Your probably the first Yam Yams they have seen
Thank you, we did eventually find that out, stunning church
100% and they thought it was highly amusing that two old fossils were sat on the pavement 😂😂
Sweetest couple
Thank you ☺️
I haven't been but don't know if I could handle Aushwitz😢
It’s probably the hardest thing we have both seen in our lives, very emotional
that big cookie is a giant french croissant. nix polish about it.
Well we asked in the bakery which was the most traditional and that’s what they told us
Fantastic video, I was thanked by a museum guide once for visiting the museum, she said “by people visiting it keeps the history alive”
We think everyone should visit, it should never be forgotten.
We need to keep it alive
Poland is a Catholic religious country 😊😊😊
Thank you for that, we did google it to find it out, the churches are beautiful

Great video 🫶
Thank you ☺️
Brill and very interesting
Glad you enjoyed it ☺️ thank you ☺️
Te zabazgrane przez graffiti budynki wygladaja jak slumsy
