You speak English better that half or the people living in the US who never bother to learn English. Americans are frustrated with any foreign sounding tech support because it means jobs are being sent to other countries, while we are being invaded by millions of foreigners who illegally come across our borders to take advantage of any free thing they can get. You sound like you may be from Asia or India. India is unfortunately is known for two things. #1 Scammers. #2 Very annoying tech support people whose only knowledge it to look up an answer as you wait on hold, or repeat you question back to you again, or continually, "apologize for the inconvenience". You are what you are and if you just keep doing what you are doing and people will learn to trust and appreciate your help, with our without an accent. You did an excellent job and I appreciate your help. I am told I have an accent also, but that is because I am from TEXAS. :) I hope you and your family have a Merry CHRISTmas! It changed the icon size for me when I changed if from 5 to 4 across. It worked for me! :)

Best way to do this is theme neon icons and use a black background sceen

Its changing the grid layout not icon size. U can't change icon size by default.

You guys may have turn on easy mode so you should off the mode first and then you can find the option there❤

The apps screen grid would not be there if your home screen layout is homescreen only
