I like to imagine that the first thing Techno would do on the server would be befriending Cucurucho and milking them for free stuff. Because everybody knows that a friend with a free access to creative mode = opportunity.
From what I'm hearing, this federation sounds like a government and we all know how Techno feels about government. God, I wish he was still here and on this server. The QSMP would be even better than it already is if he was on it.
What’s so cool about this lore is that either one of them could end up being right. If they figure out how to beat the binary monster and keep the eggs safe, Bad’s right. If Dapper dies and the federation don’t give him a second chance, Cellbit’s right.

I think either he's playing the federation or he he actually thinks the federation is just trying to make every one happy and he wants to be a good father. Which is technically true. The only problem is that the federation doesn't realize that making everybody happy and making everything perfect is an impossible goal. So they are just making things worse. He said on stream before loging off that it was an act to get info on them, but i think cellbit is failing miserably and maybe cucorucho already knows about everything and is just using him as free labor while.
