    Wildly Important Goal (WIG): Our aim for 10% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth.
    Lag Measures vs. Lead Measures: Understanding the difference and why focusing on lead measures, such as the number of proposals and appointments, is vital.
    Accountability: Keeping a scorecard by department and ensuring weekly 1x1 meetings to track progress and provide necessary tools for success.
