Well, I'm happy to say that my new CD with this song on it is finally available. It's called L.A. Dream. And I think the recording's better than this one. In this one I was extremely sick. You can get it on i-tunes. Thanks, HP
Why's everyone bring up Stephen, he wasn't first at the singing thing. I had Henrys cd a few years b4 I even heard of Steven...But I love you both among a few other greats.
Been wondering the same thing for the last 6 years already. Heard "What Do You Want Me To Do About It?" on an online stream looong ago and was flabbergasted! Then bought the "On The Shoulders Of Freaks" CD and was even more surprised. "The First Time I Saw You" is killer-funny too! :-D
Well, I did manage to find it, rummaging through old CDs. I uploaded it on my channel (Don't spam me, people.) out of convenience, because I couldn't find the song anywhere on the internet.
Well no, not all guitar comics are Stephen Lynch. I'm not even saying that Henry Phillips is trying to be like Stephen Lynch. AS far as I know Henry was doign this before Stephen. I am simply saying that if you have seen them both, you are forced to compare the two, and Henry doesnt measure up. Sorry dude.
His voice is low in this, because he probalby smokes ciggerettes and is screwing up his voice, it always makes me wonder why people who's whole livlihood is based on their voice, but they snmoke to ruin it. It doesnt matter, this guy is an exteme poor mans version of Stephen Lynch, which isnt a bad thing, I mean if hes happy with touring shitty clubs, and people in small towns who dont have the means to see Stephen Lynch see him , well I guess its a win win.

Inherent wisdom in this song is live everyday like it's your last and you'll have a blast.
