Hi Marina! You are spot on when you say that many of us were doing too much, especially for others rather than ourselves before our diagnosis. That certainly applies to me. My energy was just drained out of me. Now, I'm 7 months post chemo and 6 months into Keytruda immunotherapy. All these treatments sap energy, but I'm blessed to have the time to rest a lot and also go for regular walks which helps so much! I'm in awe you can run, lol. I don't have the energy for that, but I'm inspired! All the best to you in your training!! 😘🏃🏼♀️💪❤
Hi! It’s always great to hear from you! Thank you for sharing where you’re at. I think daily walks are beneficial for all of us. Honestly, I don’t know how I have the energy to run most days! Thanks for watching the live! Look for the September schedule soon.
Being able to connect with others & positivity are what you have gifted us. Thanks bigtime! Am going through lung cancer journey but so much directly applies. Cancer IS the underlying issue dealt with & teaching us.
Hello Marina so glad i caught u live! Love you and your advice! Tomorrow is chemo #8 4 to go! Then 16 rounds radiation 5 days a week! So thankful for your advice!🩷💞💕💗💓💖🌸🙏🏻🙌🏻
Sorry I missed your live video. Always enjoy your videos. I am experiencing severe skin reactions. I am having my 2nd treatment on September 2. Praying that I will be better than the tst session. Love and prayers.❤🙏🙏🙏
Hi! You were lonely before? You’re always welcome here to the lives. I think finding companionship in person would be beneficial for you though. Is there a survivor group you can attend at your cancer center? Is there someway you could volunteer to help others? Do what’s best for you but thank you for sharing.
Just finished my cancer treatment. Hair is peaking out and starting my pills for the next 5 years. Happy to be free
Yay! Welcome back hair! ❤️❤️
