Well self-driving cars are rare, EVERYWHERE. Even in America where they are being deployed rapidly. I live in Australia and I have never seen one. Well I have seen two Teslas but not in motion.
Seen them for years, but that's becasue I actually live in the city, they don't exist outside of the city besides level 3 driverless like teslas and such. You can go to any major city in the US and see Waymo and other driverless taxis all over the place.

But I can't see any sign of cameras or any other sensor on d car... If it's being driven remotely, cool, but that it's autonomous?... I'm not convinced....

This type of prank is a very easy one to pull provided you have a car that is equipped with remote control facility,all you need do is maintain a close range or proximity depending on the effective radio range of your facility and this means trailing or leading the car while sitting in another car that is kept as close as possible to the car in question or still you can take your position as the operator inside the booth of the car and be doing the control via wired or wireless means but most importantly if you decide to station yourself in the booth, then its necessary that you plant a wide angle camera or at least just a camera either on the roof or ceiling or dashboard or front grill or bumper or just about anywhere that can allow focusing and viewing of front or reverse drive directions; so in conclusion what am saying here is that this is not a self driving car because it doesn't have what it takes to achieve that feat as shown by uber and the pioneers of self driving technology which I think happens to be a subsidiary of Google (gizmo)though am not too sure of the name but you can Google it at your convenience, lastly a point worthy of note is the fact that all smart self driving vehicles must have a multi dimensional or at least 3D lens systems which in most cases are mounted on top of the vehicles but could be made to surround the vehicle;but I don't see any here and that renders this one a fake,besides I see TECNO 2016 written everywhere which suggests that tecno mobile or its promoters are trying to get some attention here and for your informationTECNO is a least known brand in China unlike Huawei, ZTE, HTC, Oppo, xiaomi etc so clearly tecno doesn't have that technology
