You can find the Guide for Recommended Optimal Settings here: bit.ly/4arCKDi Note: These are recommended settings, but you can always adjust them to your setup. For example, if you are sure your input device supports HDMI 2.1, you can select HDMI 2.1. The recommended HDMI 2.0 setting is only for wider compatibility (downward) with different devices. We recommend using a TV stick such as an Amazon Fire Stick or an Apple TV, or any other TV stick. You can download APKs from this website (some might not be compatible): www.apkmirror.com/.
@NexiGoOffical why can’t we use Apple TV for 4K Dolby HDR content and need to settle with 4K SDR content. Not sure which one is best suited streaming device for watching Netflix 4K Dolby vision 4K HDR content in compatible with Aurora pro. Please suggest us. Note: Bought Aurora pro two days back. Enjoyed viewing 4K HDR video on inbuilt TH-cam app. Netflix not working as expected in built. Observed screen flickering. No choice but to buy some streaming device. Bought Apple TV 4K expecting the best quality but it is limited to 4K SDR. Ready to invest on another recommended streaming device. Please suggest
If you have Apple TV, you should turn on the 'Match Dynamic Range' setting. The projector will play HDR/Dolby Vision videos whenever it is supported. The suggested 4K SDR resolution is not related to the movies you are going to watch. Once you are in Netflix/Disney+, you will see supported movies in HDR and Dolby Vision.
VERY GOOD short throw projector, BOUGHT it on promotion deal launch last year & LOVIN it, nice bright pic, pop in colors & good in blks just throw a very nice 120" ALR screen to it like i did & u all set, no more f*n TVS for me anymore in living room ... is VERY good , i would buy thire NEXT Generation model 2👌👍...only thing in future like to have this feather on all Short throw projectors just put the Projector Infront the screen and just adjust itself with screen automatically & have 2 ratio format for wide movie screen & TV screen, so don't see blk bars & of course do the better job on deep blks like almost like OLED type & more brightness every model , then would be Perfect 10👌
Where do i get that stand that was in the beginning? I don't want to be drilling holes in my wall. I've been looking at a lot of USTs and this is the only one that capable of low latency for gaming.
I find it interesting that for the Shield TV you match the color content space. This was a bad move for me, the colors are better without that on especially with sub 1080p content. If you find the colors look wierd and people look sunburned, disable that setting.
The specs are our recommended settings for 4K videos, but it is up to the customer to find the settings that fit their setup. For 1080p videos, we are working on firmware updates to disable upscaling. The issue you mentioned might be related to the upscaling.
Sorry but the 1st thing I did after reading this was disabling update notifications and wifi. You people have removed so much functionality since launch it's anti consumer. I'll stay at this version.
There are still many things that need fixing in the Firmware: Eye Normal/Reverse 3D setting is not saved properly, adaptive gamma and dynamic contrast create ghosting in 3D, latency in the 3D mode is really high...
We have been working with the chip manufacturer on 3D improvements. We will see if any changes can be made. Adaptive gamma and dynamic contrast are used for Non-3D content only.

Just want to say thank you so much for doing great product management and user friendly videos!

They also don't enable AI upscaling which is important for TV (most tv stations only have HD) and sub 4k content.
Curious why they don't enable Dolby Vision on the Shield either, will test to see if its still picked up by the projector when disabled on the shield.

@@NexiGoOfficialwhy would you disable the upscaling? It's a really good feature to have for low quality content and a feature you don't offer.

Are you going to be selling the projector stand/mount shown in the video? Just got the projector but would love to buy the entire setup!
Does this projector support 4k, 120hz output?
No.
