Dang, hair is something I struggle the most. Seeing this is one of the simplest was to draw the hair I've seen yet, so this is very useful.

I first learned drawing eyes to you and it was later incorporated in my style (along with the manga style of Nomura Yusuke). And I was just thinking on when you'll teach and give us tips on the hair since I was struggling to do some manga panels. This is such a fast and easy tutorial in some fundamentals.

something to add, is that painting/adding texture to the hair uses the same principles Cecile outlines in the video.
if you have a steady/confidant enough hand, start from the origin point of the hair and paint lines along to the tips.

Maybe i just watch bad hair tutorials but this is the only one that actually talked about detailing in a way i like seeing detailed anime hair typically it's either light and shadow rather then strands and now i wanna just draw hair so 10/10 video

@@keiralenahan1358 There's a free drawing app for ios/android phones called IbisPaint X (assuming you wrote your comment a phone). If you're on desktop or laptop I think Medibang Paint exists too (free)

@@mai5486 but i just use my finger and i draw on a phone lol. No big screens needed. Ofc it's up to them if they want to continue traditional art or digital art, i was just giving them a suggestion if they do decide to try digital art
