I have done the plasma light teeth whitening here in US with my dentist about 6 months ago. Super pleased by the immediate results ! However my teeth were sooo sensitive during the procedure - sharp pricking sensations that I almost wanted to abort the procedure. In another dental care,what is your take on using miswak- the wooden tiny stick to clean teeth, does it damage the enamel ? TIA
Miswak is great. Though I wouldn’t skip on brushing but rather use it as an additional aid.

I don’t recommend charcoal for long term usage. It can be abrasive.

mam i do daily teeth cleaning for 7-8 minutes both vertically and horizontally.I have used all tooth paste. But still my teeth are yellowish .
You might need a session of professional teeth cleaning and teeth whitening. You can visit your dentist, and get it done. 😊

I don’t recommend soda and salt as they are abrasive in the long run to your enamel.

I have underbite problem and small small gaps in upper teeths. Some orthodontists said to get molar teeths removed and then get braces. I dont want teeths removed. Is there another way?
