You give me motivation to dump 5 figures into fixing up my '97 F-350
You wont be disappointed with the outcome, thats for sure!
Squirrelly’s taste in truck builds 👌🏻
CANNOT WAIT to install the D50 TTB kit on my rig, waiting for the day with anxious anticipation! Y’all are great!
Thank you! If you already have an order placed, it will be shipping out soon!
You just made my dream truck, cool build 😎
Man I love this truck and stellar setup. I think I want a service body truck now.
We do too! The service body is cool on it. He also has a Four Wheel popup camper that has been modified to fit in it
@@carrickcustoms9504 shut the front door!!!! That’s brilliant. Dang. Now I really want to.
The guy that owns this live right up the road from me. I noticed the coil overs in my rearview mirror the other day! Sweet rig.
Very cool!
NGL, I wish you guys would come up with a similar bad ass suspension/4x4 conversion for Econoline vans... My god.
Thats not a bad idea. Vans a tricky though. We have done a lot of 4wd conversions on Econolines and they are hard to get much travel out of with the limited wheel well sizes and engine crossmember.
So it already had a Dana 60 front conversion right? Its my understanding that F-250 s came with TTB50 with leafs. There was a company, that I dont remember right now, was doing an 8 lug TTB with a ford type 9 inch diff. That would be cool! And you are right , a superduty swap with a Carli system would easily run $10 thousand just in parts. The fab and welding on your kit looks awesome by the way!
Thats correct, the D60 swap was already done. A 9 inch in a TTB50 would be pretty cool! Thank you for the kind words!
Cool truck...service body makes it look so functional and tough. Two comments....correctly designed leaf springs are magical as the rear suspension shows. Regarding the front, at the 5:01 part of the video the front suspension needs some work to limit drivers side axle shifting and associated bump steer. You can also see it in other parts of the video when the front end droops after small jumps.
Yes, the front has a small amount of bump steer at full droop due to it being a radius arm setup. We are developing a 4 link option for this kit that will eliminate that for those that want to push it hard, but for normal driving the radius arms work great and are a bit simpler
❤❤❤❤❤ love the work and quality you produce
Thank you very much!
I have a 2000 f250 2wd twin I beam want to go with a 4-6 inch lift do you have anything available for that
You guys inspire me. Will be putting a utility bed on my obs soon! Too much utility to doing it.
Thank you for the kind words!
Do these kits work with the 90-04? The 05+ conversion itself seems like a ton of work but I also got a steering upgrade kit from far from stock along with fox 2.0’s and would hopefully want to still use as much as possible since it’s new
Hold my beer 🫡😎
How much do you lose in tow capacity doing something like this?
