The three discuss Bishop Sheard's leadership role and responsibilities at the helm of the C.O.G.I.C. denomination, as well as his wife's role as First Lady of the Church and an award-winning Gospel artist.

I agree 👍🙏 I seen Bishop J Drew Sheard 3 times in person, for the 1st time in the year 2000 in person preaching at our Local Oregon State Convocation in Portland, Oregon back then👍🥰😇🙏 I have seen 1st Lady Karen Clark Sheard 3 times and briefly spoke to her in 2011 at The Cogic Aims Convention when it was in Dwntwn Houston, Texas👍😇🙏🥰

We don't realize how COVID has affected us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I'm glad they being so transparent in this interview. We never think about all Bishop Sheard and KCS go through behind the scenes.

I just love this couple and they honesty! Karen talking about how he took care/looked after her when she got ill is so beautiful.....now that's LOVE.❤

Some of us will never get over being starstruck..... . where is the actual work of soul saving out in the streets preaching and singing to those lost souls? Is that no longer a requirement for the Preachers of today?? Why don't we ever see these people Preaching to all of their super rich worldy celebrities friends.... like snoop Dogg and Nick cannon... The scriptures says to be ye separated from the world....... but we see them doing exactly what the scriptures tells them not to do... and why is that??

Can you tell me why they walk so close with the world?? The bible tells us to be separated from the world....they love rubbing eldows with the unlgody celebrities...why they never preach to them?? And why they never out there trying to win souls to Christ?? Is this not required anymore??
What an amazing interview! I have met 1st Lady Karen Sheard, and am so proud of how she honors and stands next to this great Man of God. He has led the people of God for many years and, being reared in the COGIC family, I know that the Kingdom of God is being advanced through the Holy Ghost using them.

Their transparency is what draws people to Christ. Love the fact that she asked GD to take the wheel, that's when he does some of his best work. Also loved how Kierra encouraged her dad to get help. This is so powerful. He is the man where husband's love your wives as Christ has loved the church and gave his life for it. She is so happy. She said he never changed not even when she was sick. God bless them. I have not experienced this and wait for my God given husband. Their is a difference.

This interview is beautiful. I love them both. Bishop and Lady Sheard are genuine. This is them. They never pretend. It doesn’t matter what your denomination or where you belong, I guarantee you can visit Greater Emmanuel and feel comfortable and the love of God. They speak to you. They are just very humble. And everybody in the kingdom do not have that Spirit in them. I will go far to say all of the Clark Sisters and their kids are the same. People don't know how much those of us as leaders have to endure. We are not super saints, but we have supernatural power in Christ Jesus. We pray for our Leaders Bishop and Lady J. Drew Sheard. Bishop God has allowed you to inherit a pandemic church; this was your new beginning, #8, something that no other leaders in the history of our church ever had to go through. But God made you for such a time as this, and you shall overcome. As your daughter says, "HANG ON IN THERE"
Where is the actual work of soul saving from these people?? Why we never see them preaching to the super rich worldy celebrities we see them keeping company with?? Do they ever hit the streets looking for those lost souls? Or since you have a church and the people know where you can be found..is that reason enough to not go out and PREACH the gospel?? I do see some street preachers on TH-cam out there beating the bushes trying to find those lost souls.......( Outside of the Hebrewlites) .... maybe you can help out on this?
Oh Yes, there are some super cogic Christians out there that aren't no earthly good. He's a minister in the COGIC. He was raised in the ol school down south cult- like COGIC.

What a fantastic interview!! I really appreciate Bishop's transparency and wisdom. I also loved First Lady Karen's candor when speaking about her changing roles in career and ministry over the years. What a truly lovely, and godly couple they are; their love and commitment to one another is definitely paplable. I love the humble and meek spirit of Lady Karen. You can tell that she fears God, and as she stated she does not want to usurp authority. Nonetheless, one thing that I must say is that God has not changed. We are the ones who change, and sometimes not for the better. The word still says what it says: 1 Timothy 2:11-15, 1 Corinthians 14:33-37, 1 Corinthians 11:3-6.
Bishop Sheard: voting for the democrats to get a community program will not solve the issues in the black community. Specially, when those issues originate from sin. That is the job of the preacher. The preacher has to declare the standards of God and show the people the way out of sin.When the people are in sin, and transgression of God's ways; they will always be in bondage. Sin is a reproach unto any people. The godless democrats or republicans will not solve the spiritual issues that are destroying our communities. God will never bless wickedness.
