Phenomenal on the transparency. People need to see this & know that IT IS OK, to not be ok & not be ashamed of it. When I had my moment of not feeling ok, I didn’t recognize, or understand it, nor did I have the vocabulary to articulate it; as I was always so super strong & resilient, so I thought something was wrong within myself at that time. Thank God for my revelation - for me, it was healing from a past trauma. Please seek help if your going through a bad time emotionally.
This really blessed me mentally, spiritually and physically!! We are HUMAN and we ALL will experience moments of Brokeness...BUT OUR CONNECTION WITH GOD WILL RAISE US UP! Their transparency is what draws people to Christ. Love the fact that she asked GD to take the wheel, that's when he does some of his best work. Also loved how Kierra encouraged her dad to get help. That's real life. They've definitely been tried by the fire this season and made it through. They need to keep this going.

Phenomenal on the transparency. People need to see this & know that IT IS OK, to not be ok & not be ashamed of it. When I had my moment of not feeling ok, I didn’t recognize, or understand it, nor did I have the vocabulary to articulate it; as I was always so super strong & resilient, so I thought something was wrong within myself at that time. Thank God for my revelation - for me, it was healing from a past trauma.
Please seek help if your going through a bad time emotionally.
This really blessed me mentally, spiritually and physically!! We are HUMAN and we ALL will experience moments of Brokeness...BUT OUR CONNECTION WITH GOD WILL RAISE US UP! I'm SO THANKFUL FOR MY CONNECTION WITH GOD!!

It’s totally nothing wrong with seeking counseling. Mental health healthiness is just like anything else. If there was another health issue there wouldn’t be a second thought. I appreciate them for being transparent.
