I finally had time to blend up some of my sauces that had been fermeting the past 3 months just last night - got a couple made up using Hainan Yellow Lantern and Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw, will let the flavours have a rest for a while and report back. Still got some more fermentations on the go for the next few weeks
@@FrankandBaggioTheCavalier they’re new. Roasted red pepper, balsamic vinegars porcini mushroom, apple cider vinegar and Calabrian chili pepper. Not super hot. Supposed to be formulated to pair with pizza.

Ferments have slowed right down thanks to winter. Not a bad thing, really.
Have you tried Casa Firelli hot sauces yet?
