Man, how cool it must have been for those people! Seeing the year pass into an Era where the year has a 2! I know it's a small thing of change but it still represents how long humanity has gone for. I wish I was alive for the year 3000 :)
@eggempire we could do it right now, they have the plans and everything for some reason they are being lazy. Technology in the next 20 years is gonna speed up in the most rapid way this world had ever seen.

@AboAbdulable Well, actually it doesn't, because the 21st century officially began in 2001, just like the 11th century began in 1001 A.D. and the first century began in 1 A.D. 2000 was the celebration of the culture's fascination with what that year represented, even though it was ironically an inaccurate celebration, chronologically speaking. it showed the power of pop culture over academic knowledge.

Year 2000 was a very lucky year for me ! I miss that time and often feel sad for those long gone wonderful moments !
