OH MY GOD! I was betting on the chance that Artemis would be a bit behind of Thoth's numbers, but I never expected Artemis actually showing quite the advantage here. I remember people putting down Artemis worth and usefulness in the game since Toth exists and somehow character design being "bland or boring" during beta. Now, it seems Artemis is the one laughing in the end. Worth pulling for a unit that not only is a universal buffer, but as DPS also hits like a fucking truck!
ya i don't what they are on, i get if you have to choose between them [ Thoth could be obtain for free technically ] so that makes her more appealing but with the same investment they are no too far apart.
Tbh I do still feel that her design could be better but I didn't write off her performance. I expected her team to simply be a sidegrade to Thoth's so this is a nice surprise.
The result was obvious from the begining 😂😂😂I mean you clearly say in your survey F2P Thot vs F2P Artemis. Even If someone is a meta slave they should know that Thot is T0 in the list beacuse her functor is included Nice run as always. Hoping a vs between supports in the future 🙇🏿🙇🏿🙇🏿
WHAAAAAATTTTT!!?! I mean sure, the funktor is the major reason why Thoth lost this match 🤔 I'm absolutely getting signature funktor for my ladies ❤ Thanks so much for this content 🙏 ❤

Artemis is better if you already invested in Athena and want to use her, while Thoth is better if you hyper invest into her since her best team has two buffers using her as sole dps while Artemis is the buffer for her whole team while doing dps on top of it?
Nice comparison, and it's pretty much fair to use the F2P functor for that. We can't do anything about the different passive on the functor's skills, right? 😆 Anyway, I will get them both, and I'm sure I'll have enough for both of them later on. 😌
Olympus functor passive is really nice BUT you need to use Hera to proc zero time often or else it's basically a stat stick. Nile's is always useful regardless of zero time or not.
@@WadeWontson Thanks for the explanation. Yes, you're right. Nile's F2P Functor's passive is usable in any situation, and Olympus F2P Functor's passive is gonna proc when the mod is triggering Zero Time after dodging some attacks. And yes, we can't just look at the results by just the functors. Your gameplay, Team Comps, and different settings for each of the party members is also crucial. 👍
Artemis has support capabilities so yes, that's possible. Would be good in case Hera or Lingguang are being used in another team, or if you don't have Hera or Lingguang.
Considering that signature functors are tailor made for their respective characters, I'd expect both Thoth and Artemis to benefit from them, so is Thoth signature functor so much better than Artemis's that it brings Thoth ahead of violin girl from being noticeably behind? Would you say that getting Thoth is only worth if you are getting her signature functor as well and otherwise just get Artemis?
With her functor equipped, Thoth becomes a skill spam bot and can stay in her special state longer compared to the F2P setup. If both Thoth and Artemis were using their functors, I can see Thoth pulling ahead, though not by much at base S rank. However, since players can obtain a copy of Thoth and her functor for free from the spending event, many will have her at SS rank with her functor [mine is SS+3, though I haven't ascended her yet]. With Thoth at SS her functor goes from +1 to +3 and its a very offensive functor so the gap between them widens. In contrast, getting Artemis to SS+3 would cost much more and her functor is a balance between offensive and support.
I am 5 pulls from a functor so hold on to it for thoth or zhi ming. I like athena tho but I dont got her yet maybe when we get the selector for 3.0 or hades for a shadow team. I am curious what Artemis functor does.
If I don't want to get Athena, does Artemis fit easily as a third slot in a team with Thoth and Sekhmet? Can she be used as either a DPS or support in that comp?
@@SkillOp Perfect, thank you. As much as I like Athena, I would rather just slot Artemis into my thoth team instead of getting another new character who I like but don't love. Does CN have loadouts for characters? I feel like it might be a hassle to switch Artemis back and forth between support and dps unless the builds are very similar
I still prefer Thoth, but maybe I'll get Artemis for the third slot (Sekhmeth,Thoth and Artemis) .... I hate Athena so I'm never gonna build that b*tch So,will Artemis still be good without Athena?
somewhere out there a tiny violin plays for Thoth.

Not sure if you noticed in the vid but it's F2P Thoth vs F2P Artemis, and most people would be spending on Thoth patch because of spending event.

you think so right but a lot of people just see her up there and assume she's busted by default and i will keep that in mind 😁
As a rare Athena enjoyer, my stonks are getting extremely high.
Cheers, it took a year but my decision to SS+sig Athena out of all the mods is finally justified from a meta perspective

also keep in mind the Thoth sitting at T0 on the tier list is like SS with her functor.

Im not pulling thoth for meta but...for skillchain ...i mean skilllchain damage you know💀
So I should get Toth's functor from the spending event instead of Sekhmet right?
I just want to use them together for that ultimate skill chain XD
yes get it for thoth

Regardless gonna get both cuz need more Physical DPS's. Also Artemis looks like physical S Buzenbou and I love my S Buzenbou XP
I mean, thoth really need her sign func. And the other side, artemis is already good with f2p func
why do i have a feeling that senba still win over these two

yup its possible
Nah , i like Artemis because her gameplay is faster and no delay to ultimate with athena
Time to grab athena i guess😂😂

support with her functor and likely dps without, i haven't test the comp yet but i do some testing when i get a chance.
