Thank you so much! That is a huge compliment. We’re thinking about writing a book but for now this is keeping me busy. Maybe next year it will be something I get started on.
We've been married 54 years and it wasn't til all our kids were grown that we could really afford to indulge in extras such as new cookware. A couple of years ago I got some pretty pricey ceramic pans, my were metal coated with ceramic, and even though we have tried to be really careful they are scratched pretty badly. I am looking for a new brand to try so I may get one of these and try it out. Thanks for all the recipes and ideas. I have a book delegated to cleaner and diy recipes and most of them are yours.
Aww, I love that. We’ve been using the pans for a month and so far no scratches. We love them and they are easy to clean. I agree with starting by with one that’s your most used.
I don't really drink alcohol (1 bottle of wine a year or a splash of coffee liqueur in my winter coffee a few times each year), so really like to pamper myself with your special coffee recipes.
I love cast iron cookware but I do use some nonstick. I'm so happy I came across your videos.Your story about your humble beginning sounds like my husband and I we've been married 40 years October 26th.
Married 30 years, some days it feels like 300. I don't drink coffee but I love peppermint creamer in hot chocolate. I am going to try this next time I order groceries.
Update: my husband said he doesn't like the taste of condensed milk so I used a cup of heavy cream and a cup of sugar with the 2 cups of milk and added 2 T homemade vanilla extract and my picky eater said he liked it. Maybe it could be adjusted to use your flavorings?
I’m going to try the creamer. And I do love ceramic cookware. 44 years married here. 😊 thanks for sharing! I use to go to the LA fair growing up!! Born and raised in Riverside. 😊

I wonder if for the caramel machiato you could use the truvia brown sugar or splenda brown sugar to replace some of the sugar? It will still have the condensed milk but better than full sugar
Why not stainless steel cookware? Ceramic chips and after a few years the glaze will wear away. I just got rid of all my non stick cookware and got a set of stainless. Wonderful stuff!!!!!

You make the syrup for each of those flavors. Once you have the syrup you still add the milk and stuff. The syrup is where the variety of flavors comes from and it can actually be used on its own as well.
@LittleHillHomesteadGa I make the first recipe with all the milk and than pick a syrup recipe and only add 1/2 cup to the milk concoction?
