The Polish roster was one of the most beloved in Counter-Strike. They defined an era through their incredible skill and big personalities.
The team stuck together for four years, through the good times and the bad. But now, it’s all over.
In honor of one of the most iconic rosters to ever play the game, this week we're taking a look back at the Virtus Plow.

I use to watch every game. Something about that 5 man squad use to make me happy and pull on my heart strings. LONG LIVE THE GOLDEN 5 FOR EVER REMEMBERED.
The minute they let go of Taz, it was the end. People didn't love Virtus Pro because it won all the time -- because it didn't -- but they loved Virtus Pro because the players didn't change. The brand was synonymous with five players and losing one broke the reason for being loyal to the team.
Depends. I grew up watching the golden 5 so for me it was Lord, kuben, pasza neo and taz, when Lord and kuben left I still supported them. I just loved the 3 man main roaster of neo, pasza and taz. I'd support them wherever they went.
As someone who got into the competitive scene in 2015 and watched VP's lineup all the way till 2018 when I stopped playing and watching competitive CS:GO;
yep on the money.
I still really liked them after, the players were fun and cheery. I always wanted to root for them even if they weren’t my favorite team.

Like all good things, the VP era had to come to an end. They were one of my favorite five-man rosters, and they were so damn entertaining to watch.

Even all thoes years after the drama fall apart ... I still cry everytime when I see their plays... I wish they had won more and played thougever longer, true legends

5 years gone and I still miss this team. For me Counter Strike hasn't been the same since VIrtus Pro disbanded. I was a fan of this polish powerhouse since Pentagram G-Shock times and them breaking up also broke my heart. Never forget
VP will always be remembered to be one of the OGs

VP my favourite team, not because they're were so good, it's cause of the players. They were like a family like they said. I remember one of my last time watching VP be the best was the map train vs Astralis at the major, they lost :/
I bet my 90e knife in that match on VP that i had built from 20cent skin betting. VP had a good lead and then they just crumbled... :((

I think one of the funniest home country reactions was when Stewie moved to SK for Brazil tourney and they lost they started cheering for liquid cuz taco was on the team.
