Wow, extremely serious layout. Lots of action going on. The guy cutting down the tree is different. I just can’t imagine the work involved in this layout creation.
I don't know who it was (hehe), but he kept losing connection at one end of the layout. I feel the kid who was running the ACL 4-6-2 and WP GS-64 had the prettiest power on the layout. LMFAO! It was great meeting you at Harry's!
First time I have seen the Henning layout, though I gave heard of it. It is a great cause. Henning's has supplied me with a lot of parts over the years. A great dealer!
Wow! What a layout, Dave! Thanks for sharing this awesome visit with your fans! You do like those golden yellow ATSF box cars. I counted at least 17 shots you caught of that freight consist. I may have missed a few, but I know you have quite a collection of Baby Ruth box cars in that colour, so no wonder they caught your attention so often. Great fun to watch and experience.
The shot starting at 30:46 was timed perfectly, one train right after the other. Sean's Conrail SD45s, then Ben's US Army GEVO, then my WP GS-64, then Harry's PRR J1as, then Harry's Reading T1, and finally Ben's US Army GEVO to wrap up the shot. I just love how it all came together and NO ONE was expecting it.
Dave, excellent job of filming, after 20 minutes or so I’m usually board of watching trains running around the tracks, not this video, I loved it. ❤️🚂🚞
The animated guy chopping the tree is too funny! I laughed out loud at that😉👍
Quite a scene, isn’t it!
Great sharing friend!
Thank you!
Thank you for posting
You bet! Thanks for the invite.
Awesome video! Thanks for filming my Amtrak too! I had fun! 🚂🚃
Thanks! I enjoyed chasing your Amtrak around the layout 😊

Lots of action, lots of detail, and countless hours of work. It is something to see!

Very enjoyable Dave! I’ve seen details and scenes in this video I haven’t noticed in other videos of Harry’s layout. Good job!

Thanks! I love it when shots like that work out. Of course the amazing layout and equipment make the job of filming easy!
Oh yes indeed. Simply follow the leader and don't plow into their tail. Haha!
