Hi arronmunroe. Have you had any problems with the 2p control? I can't get "2p handlebar analogue" to work, even though I've set it up. It is used to turn the bike left or right.
Are you saying it's specifically player 2 that doesn't work, but player 1 is ok? I thought all I did was map handle bar analog for each player and that was it. Assuming I did anything else, it would have been going into the test menu for calibration. I don't remember doing that for this game, but I can't say for sure that I didn't. I only set a joystick to handle bar analog, and I don't mess with analog inc and dec.
How do you change individual cabinet settings in MAME? I can't link the cabinets because in MAME the service keys operate both the P1 and P2 sides at the same time.
I don't understand what you mean when you say you can't link the cabinets. They should already be linked by default and you just need to put in credits for both of them, and also press the start button for both. I also saw that the service menu changes settings for both sides, but I believe that's normal, and I don't really see what it has to do with starting up a 2p game.
Nick, you remember that I was playing Manx TT Superbike, either I playing Laxey Coast with TT mode, whenever I had 5th. Nick, why you don't play Manx TT Superbike with setting 4 Laps Laxey Coast and 4 Laps T. T. Course?
I don't remember anything about that. There are two things I might have done. First, in the MAME slider controls, you can raise the speaker volume above 100%. The other possibility is that I just raised the volume of the video when I was encoding.
I would need to look into it again. Each screen has a music track, and I wanted the sound effects from both screens, but not the music. I think I was able to turn off the music on one screen, but there were still some small problems with it. It's not like I got it completely right in this game either, though.
I checked it again, and it looks like it should be all right for 2 player. I won't be able to make a video of the game until later this month, or early next month, though.
@@marianofernandez6470 This was MAME 0.217. It's also worth noting that I muted the music on one of the screens, but the sound effects from both screens are still here.
@@marianofernandez6470 If you're only playing single player, no codes are needed. You should be able to mute one of the screens in the slider menu. www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/userfiles/352452-mame_bgfx-disabled-by-default.png I think holding ctrl or alt while pressing left or right on the slider makes it move faster. Keep in mind regular versions of MAME don't let you save the settings in these sliders, so they go back to default next time you start the game.

This is just OutRunners with bikes.
Basically the same thing Tourist Trophy did; Gran Turismo with bikes.
Imagine remake of this game (+ dang I've played it since I was 7 years old)
This would be more chaotic if it was 8 players (and funny too)

This game's weird. I like it!
I guess these biker are very crazy 🏍🏍

I will probably give that a try at some point.

The default sound volume for the game is too low. How did you fix it?

It's going to be a little longer for a video, but I did play the game.
Is this MAME or the real thing?

Ahahahahaha
Just came here to dislike the video cause its 2 players.
You went out of your way to specifically click on a video with "2 player" right in the title.
