The Ptolemy is CG and it is still great. Also, I think IBO (season 1 especially) is a good contender. Maybe Unicorn (but that was OVA, so I don't know if it qualifies). And then there's Which from Mercury where the CG actually makes things better in my opinion, as the two styles blend perfectly.
