*Bade Ke Gosht Ka Stew* is a traditional Indian dish made with mutton ( meat), which is slow-cooked to tender perfection in a flavorful gravy. This hearty and comforting stew is often enjoyed with rice or bread, and it's known for its rich and aromatic taste.
    Ingredients:
    - *Mutton ( Meat):* Cut into medium-sized pieces
    - *Onions:* Finely sliced
    - *Tomatoes:* Chopped
    - *Ginger-Garlic Paste:* For flavor and aroma
    - *Yogurt:* Adds a creamy texture and tanginess
    - *Spices:*
    - Turmeric powder
    - Red chili powder
    - Coriander powder
    - Garam masala
    - Cinnamon sticks
    - Cloves
    - Black cardamom
    - Green cardamom
    - *Salt:* To taste
    - *Oil/Ghee:* For cooking
    - *Fresh Coriander:* Chopped for garnish
    Preparation:
    1. *Cooking:*
    - Heat oil or ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot or pressure cooker.
    - Add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, black cardamom, and green cardamom. Sauté until fragrant.
    - Add finely sliced onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
    - Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
    - Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and oil starts to separate.
    - Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes until the spices are well-blended.
    - Add the marinated mutton pieces to the pot. Cook on high heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned on all sides.
    - Pour in enough water to cover the meat. Season with salt.
    - If using a pressure cooker, cover and cook until the mutton is tender (usually about 4-5 whistles). If using a regular pot, cover and simmer on low heat until the mutton is tender (this can take about 1-2 hours).
    2. *Finishing Touches:*
    - Once the mutton is tender, add garam masala and stir well.
    - Adjust the seasoning with more salt if needed.
    - Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
    Serving:
    - Serve the stew hot, paired with steamed rice, naan, or any Indian bread of your choice. The rich and spicy flavors make it a perfect dish for special occasions or a comforting family meal.
