That looks like a very large Euphonium! Is it more the size of a standard B flat tuba or does it just seem to look that way next to the tinier baritones? Thanks for sharing this video here on TH-cam!

this is just a standard Euphonium, maybe it looks a bit bigger because of the way it was filmed. Looking at the video I understand your reaction, I think this is an optical illusion by accident. Perhaps if you watch other videos of mine with this Euphonium, it might not be so big.
This is the York Eminence model. This Euphonium model is what, for example, David Childs, the Black Dyke's Euphonium Section and the Cory Band played in the early 00s.
