What a grounded trip. Authentic. True overlanding on foot and wild camping. What a breath of fresh air from "overlanding" --sitting in a climate-controlled box on wheels that has become the trend in Eastern Oregon.

You do a great job at not inserting yourself too much in the video and letting the scenery speak for itself. I’m also glad you don’t use cringe music.

I love that country, I go up there fishing every spring. My buddy has an old cabin close to 3 Fingers we stay at, little brown cabin with a 10' deck, perhaps you saw it? Across the lake and a little south of the airstrip.

Once again, another great video. I have never been there, and likely will not ever get there. Thanks for letting me experience this beautiful and little known area.

Amazing terrain!!! Reminds me of Big Bend And Guadalupe National Parks here in Texas. Only not as dry as West Texas. Great camera work!

Thanks! I actually live pretty far north in WA. Late winter and very early spring I usually torture myself with far drives for overnight trips because eastern Oregon is better for snow free stuff that time of year. I've got some good spots for this time of year in WA as well but what Im willing to film for early season WA has been uploaded to my channel already, the other places I've found Im keeping for myself haha (also WA weather is crappier and its rare to get a sunny weekend until summer that also includes eastern WA)

One of these nights you are going to capture something unexplainable on your star time-lapses. Now, to get into character. "Darn sarn it. I heard the land was fertile and green out there in Oregon. I been lied to. Now I got to turn the wagons around and head back to where I came from."

Are there any notable trail markers there?
