Nick, hit it out the park on this video. To compress so much information in less than three minutes is incredible. Proud owner here of a OM-03 Moon over Bhilwara. I love it.
My first Larrivee was L-03R. That was a very cool guitar, but later I found out I needed a guitar with a pickup. So I purchased OM-03E without really knowing how it sounds. It is a just perfect guitar for me. It is not as loud and bassey like L-03R. It has very clear and sweet sound. I gave my L-03R to my brother, and have been playing my OM-03E ever since
Haven't tried an L but hear they're great with that bit more bass, which is great. Saying that, I prefer OM size and below. Their parlours are GREAT. Haven't tried OO but understand them to sound amazing.... Many prefer them to parlours for sound but I argue you buy the parlour for the parlour sound, and the 24" scale length makes it easier to play. I think Larrivee ought to do a 12-fret OO-03 cutaway in cedar/walnut with 25" scale length but don't believe they have this even as custom option.
The 00-40M in this video is the one I play them most. th-cam.com/video/6m1dyEcHkHs/w-d-xo.html It fits me just right. A 25 inch scale with a cutaway is possible! I have several 24.75 inch scales guitars coming in this year and early next year. The one option they do not have right now is a cedar top. If you have any questions about pricing on something like this feel free to email at nick@tuneupguitars.com
Nice video. I am pretty sure a couple of the parlors have 24 in scale length.
Dang! You're right! I have three parlors sitting behind me, and I completely overlooked that. Thank you.

Thank you!
Had a D03R but changed to OM40R which is a good size for me. Tried L shape but prefer OM shape. Thanks Larrivee 🎸
