    can new evidence be relied upon in the disagreement note by the disciplinary authority after completion of inquiry proceedings which was not adduced during io/po stage? the new evidence was never part and parcel of the charge sheet. you are requested to provide your valuable opinion that whether the disciplinary authority can use new evidence after conclusion of io’s report.

    I had joined for the post of Tax Assistant on May, 2016 and vide SSC CGL. 2014 notification...During the same year I had applied for Bihar SSC 10+2 (2014) Notification..I informed my present Department after mains exam on 2021..And further got NOC from the current department for appearing Documents verification and counselling . Now I have a doubt can i tender my technical resignation with lien for joining in General Administration Department as a LDC in Bihar Government..???

    I am working in railway. My promotion was due on 11/11/2021.. but I got chargesheet on August 2021, as a result my promotion was kept on hold. Chargesheet has been disposed of with minor penalty one year increment with NCE w.e.f 01/07/2022. Sir I want to know whether I will get promotion which was on hold ? stopage of yearly increment and promotional increment is putting me under great financial loss. Please clarify , 🙏🏼

    Sir I have awarded punishment under rule 16 of ccs cca rule.. now my promotion is due, can I get the promotion or I promote after recovery will complete

      If minor punishment, you can promote when your promotion is due
