Chargesheet has been disposed of with minor penalty one year increment with NCE w.e.f 01/07/2022. Sir I want to know whether I will get promotion which was on hold ? stopage of yearly increment and promotional increment is putting me under great financial loss. Please clarify , 🙏🏼

If minor punishment, you can promote when your promotion is due
If any official found negligence in his duty then which rule department enquiry can be recommended
