    Tracy I can’t believe but. I am 2 months out from having a knee replacement and I am almost back to my pre workout. And it’s all due to your wonderful workouts. . I have to say if you are active before you will do so much better! You are the bomb and I wake up 5 am everyday to see what workouts you have for the day!

      I am so happy to see someone who has knee replacemen and rocking itt! I'm going in for double knee replacement in a few weeks and I feel confident now that I see how someone else has done who is an avid exerciser!

    Hi Tracy, I just found your all standing workouts. Thank you for doing these. I'm not supposed to do anything on the ground due to having osteoporosis but I love to get my heart rate up & I love using the light weights. Your all standing workouts are keeping this 67 year old happy, healthy & active! Looking forward to getting through the collection & trying new ones!

    Loved it! Enjoyed it being all standing, so no getting dizzy moving from floor to standing. Feeling energised for the day!

    You are the only trainer on You Tube that can make a low impact cardio that makes you sweat and actually work !! I love your low impact and Standing abs are my favorite way to work te abs. So Thank you for this workout!

    That was a nice powerful standing abs low impact cardio. Love the rounds the time flew by it felt shorter than I thought.

    Just had face stitches removed today and was cleared to go back to normal activities. This was the first thing I did! I needed to pause the workout a few times because my heart rate was too high. But 🎉 I finished and was so happy to hear that final timer go off!

    At first I was intimidated by the length as I wanted to do a shorter workout today but I’m so glad I didn’t let it get to me! I loved this workout. As you said it’s a great format! Thanks for the all standing!!

    WOW! You really delivered a great challenging low impact/core workout! I modified some with less or no weights but my heart rate really pumped up. I have been working out daily, strength 4 X's a week, cardio daily and this was what I was looking for to kick myself up a notch! THANKS! I will definitely be back for more of your workouts! ❤

    WOW, this was good! Today is my running day, but it was wet and slippery leaves all over, so decided to do a workout and picked this one and glad I did! I liked the format (and your little white pumpkin). Keep up the workouts! Used 5# dumbbells to make it a bit more challening.

    Would love to see this one with no rests. Add floor abs. All core, abs, weighted cardio, standing and floor, no rest like the fat burning one. No repeat. Light weights!!!!!
