Great! I used heavier weights and resistance bands, but that's what I usually do. I still don't have enough, so I'll do another one. Mad dash will be perfect 😁👌

I usually don't do a workout on Sunday, but this was a perfect active rest day!

Great workout! I realize it is a beginner workout but perhaps you could throw in "to make this a little harder".... This was also good to make sure form was correct without the burden of heavy weights.
Well, that might be hard to show without Tracy actually using heavier weights. She does have many other LUCA workouts in the advanced streams. They are all great!!
