Out loud I said “darn this stuff!” One of my favorite lines of the movie for some weird reason! Everything still turned out beautifully on you…and handsome hubby ❤

I chose an old faithful… Amazonian clay 12-hour blush in blushing bride. Also Tarte’s new buffer brush, extremely dense bristles, nice. Also the newly released tubing mascara. Alex, I have to say the mascara looks beautiful on you.

Yay - great to have you back 🎉 I wasn’t blown away with this kit. But to be honest I’ve never been a huge fan of Tarte stuff. Some of the things weren’t brilliant, the eyeshadows were a bit disappointing. I think you get some better things from some of the other brands.
I got the kit. Setting spray - which is good and it has a "spa" scent to it. Hydro Flex Foundation - which I need a super hydrating base for. Positive Vibes palette, which is basically a rosiebeige palette (not mad). Maneater Mascara (my fave). Juicy Shift Blush - in Rose, I like it. Juicy lipstick in Buffed Pink - very subtle but nice. Black bag.
You skin looks fair with cool undertones to me, so I'd always go with the lightest shade with cool or neutral undertones. That's my skin tone as well. I bought some Cover FX mixer drops in a deeper shade to mix with BB / CC creams that are too light, and white ones for items that are too deep. I use a small metal palette and spatula or mix it on the top ofmmy left hand. It's really not hard, and once you get used to it, very fast.
The purple colour corrector was very noticeable but did blend away under the foundation. I did like the kit and the finished makeup looked really good on you! Please can we see Jimmy before you move as he's been a constant presence in your videos lol!
I love tubing mascara....I pick my mascara off constantly as well and ever since I switched I've noticed a lot less eyelashes being pulled out.... just mascara. It does take alot of getting used to and I also miss my big fluffy wands but its been worth it for me personally.

I use the Marajuca Tarte hydrating tinted moisturizer and have been ordering it for years! I wait until there is a sale always but I love it! Coverage but doesn’t settle into lines , I wear 20N light neutral. A also cannot use shape tape because the lines it leaves are awful, but the creaseless shape tape is phenomenal! I can use it right in my eye wrinkles and it doesn’t enhance them or settle.
I would love for skincare brands (or Amazon, iHerb, Stylevana) to do this "make your own kit"! Pick a facewash, a toner, a moisturizer, a sunscreen, for something less than full price.
I use some yellow corrector for my dark Nosferatu underyes and a tiny bit of green for when I have no self contro and squeeze my skin to oblivion, but always with VERY SMALL precision brushes and patting to prevent them to spread. But still love Grimace Alexandria XD Also your voice and the way your eyes lightened up seeing your husband was just... adorable.
That fluffed goo in the chocolates is toothpaste Alexandria. It is dyed pink to disguise it. But we can tell by the taste 😂. Loved your video ❤ and good to see your hubby.

Idk if I told you this but I still use that blush and contour thing with the mirror on the back! Mainly for the mirror for doing my eyebrows and eyes but that blush is really good!
I loved mine this year. I got the maracuja foundation. I as well can't wear their foundation but I can this one and the Flex technology foundation. I also got the neoprene makeup bag

I am near your skin shade & I usually get 18N in Tarte foundations, sometimes 15N. Hope that helps in the future.

A tiny aunt. of the lavender will work well. Who knew it was going to be so pigmented. Lips are great. Nice summer color.
The lavender color correction probably is a good match, but you don’t apply it like concealer. You literally need a tiny dot in each area.

Mixing a lil purple on the back of your hand with the foundation will cool the shade.

Coverage but doesn’t settle into lines , I wear 20N light neutral. A also cannot use shape tape because the lines it leaves are awful, but the creaseless shape tape is phenomenal! I can use it right in my eye wrinkles and it doesn’t enhance them or settle.
I would love for skincare brands (or Amazon, iHerb, Stylevana) to do this "make your own kit"! Pick a facewash, a toner, a moisturizer, a sunscreen, for something less than full price.

I use some yellow corrector for my dark Nosferatu underyes and a tiny bit of green for when I have no self contro and squeeze my skin to oblivion, but always with VERY SMALL precision brushes and patting to prevent them to spread. But still love Grimace Alexandria XD Also your voice and the way your eyes lightened up seeing your husband was just... adorable.

The candy goo is fondant. Basically, pure sugar with food coloring!
Idk if I told you this but I still use that blush and contour thing with the mirror on the back! Mainly for the mirror for doing my eyebrows and eyes but that blush is really good!
