I got one when they came out no problem. Try looking in the FB collectors groups, there are some in there too. Don't blame Powell for a global problem right now.
I'm pretty sure Skate One ships internationally. Not sure how much shipping would be though, or if you have to pay other fees in your country (VAT tax?).
