Then he prevailed on the pilot to ignore them all and take the submersible to where HE wanted to go, prolonging the time at maximum depth. Plus, this must have damaged the Titanic. It demonstrates the sloppy carelessness of the pilot too, that he would get close enough to the Titanic to get entangled. All of this is horrifying, and he presents it as being perfectly reasonable. I would bet that this guy was the one who insisted that the pilot get closer and closer until they got entangled and possibly damaged the Titanic. I’d like to have the pilot answer that question.

Show respect for the dead.

That ties in with some damage that has been done to one of the railings on the bow. So much for going down there for scientific research. They cause a lot of damage and ended multiple peoples lives.

Dive 80 is the one which had the strong hull band noise during surfacing, and since then the strain sensor showed something changed with the hull ...Pretty sure the 'stuck' damaged or deformed the hull structure and solidity in some way, and quite possibly, this lead ( quicker ) to the accident......
These people shouldn't even have been allowed to get near a fragile wreck like the Titanic's. But in this world if you have enough money you can do whatever you want, apparently.
