American 🇺🇸 in Colombia 🇨🇴 and no parade in the town I’m staying. My Colombian wife shrugged because it’s up to the town. The San Pedro festival in Neiva however? Spectacular 🇨🇴🇨🇴🇨🇴🇨🇴🎉🙌🏾
