why would there be a need for cuts when markets are so bullish?
US debt payments, housing market retraction, consumer credit card debt payment issues, and drastically reduced consumer purchases will be their reason for cutting, IMO.
The FED is all about the health of the economy, trying to balance inflation-jobs-housing-credit and making sure the banking system is fine. They don't really care about the stock market.

Markets are bullish because Xiden (and Trump toast lesser degree) "printed" up trillions of dollars with no backing. It hyperstimulates the economy by creating a glut of money. The problem is, someone/some generation will have to pay it back, or we go insolvent and there will be massive riots when people don't eat, have electricity or later, even shelter.

Inflation is already below 2% when you use correct shelter number
I’m saying closer to 3 for US and UK. EU will fall to below 2. Bumpy , interest rates will stay higher
