30yrs I worked underground as a coal miner, I was 49 when it closed & had spent two years finding other work & managed to get into the A&E ambulance service. I was injured by faulty equipment on the Ambulance whilst attending a stroke patient. I was made ill-health retired (sacked) but got ill-health a few months after. Did I get any Government help, none, not one bit. I had to draw down my pensions to survive, which then stops you being helped. Absolute madness, yet the MP's can sit in on zoom meetings & demand £60k, £10k or £1.5k for work they would do over zoom again?
