I have a problem. The auto vent on actuator constantly releasing air and won’t stop. There’s in no downforce therefore it should be set in UP open position but it constantly releases the air
Thanks for reaching out, if the auto vent will not seal, you may try to clean it out by putting it under running water and plunging the knob repeatedly. If it will still not seal, the part may need to be replaced. Please see your local distributor to procure a replacement part.
@@salp5387 I was able to figure out that the air side solenoid was bad so the water was passing straight through an draining out...thanks for the help anyway
Your strainer is clogged on the back of the actuator (silver hockey puck) there’s a yellow brass collar coming out of the back to 1/2” threaded nipple elbow to a union. Take apart the union pull the brass collar and clean the ring(slips off the top) make sure you can put your finger on the bottom of the brass and blow air through the top so it comes out of the side holes. Put back in and vwalla.
The Victaulic Series 7C7 Air Maintenance/Compressor Assembly comes with the pressure switch preset to cut in at 13 psi and cut out at 18 psi. If not utilizing a Victaulic Series 7C7, adjust the pressure switch to the same settings, on at 13 psi and off at 18 psi.

Priming line won't charge with water...any ideas?
Control valve probably mounted upside down. The charge line should be before the shut off so it can be drained of water but charge
