15:23 it depends on your town hall, as you can see he, as a town hall 14, finds great loot at around 2700-3000 trophies. My town hall 12 finds great loot at around 2100-2400. My town hall 13 mostly finds 750k, sometimes 1M, plus bonus at 4300 trophies.

Depends what you are trying to do, if your goal is to progress through the game faster + feel guilty sitting on loot not being invested into anything while waiting, then upgrade

you maybe sitting on higher league? people in higher league is 100% active players, you can't find a dead base with huge amount of loots like these. crystal or master league is the best for farming. but you get way less ores from star bonus for hero equipments. ya you can't get both, only choose one
