💚 Slido is the ultimate Q&A and polling platform for live and virtual meetings and events.
At Slido, we’ve been on a mission to transform how meetings are run since 2012 - from connecting speakers to audiences at major events to facilitating inclusive conversations in all kinds of meetings around the world. But our job doesn’t stop there. We believe that great meetings drive great cultures and we’ve witnessed it time and time again: by helping companies enable open dialogue, we've seen an increase in trust and collaboration, leading to cultures where no one is afraid to speak up, leadership encourages and acts on feedback and everyone contributes and feels heard. That’s the change we aim to bring into the world.

What’s the difference between assigning to a plan with more than one member and simply sharing the Slido with someone else to control the answers or create/add new polls? Will they be able to create Survey polls, for example, since it's only available in the paid version?

      Hi 👋
      ℹ️
Co-hosts have access to one slido per license user only and they can create their own polls or manage the Q&A session however, they can not access the settings or create their own slidos while "assigning someone to a plan" means they get full access to Slido they can create and host their own slidos.
Depending on their role they can access slidos of other users in the license (this applies to the admin role).
      ⚠️
One important detail to mention is that co-hosts have (limited) access to slido in the free version.
Here are important resources that explain more:

Will this work if your are presenting a meeting in teams, but you are not the host of the meeting. Or in other words, let's say I am the presenter during a teams meeting - I have created a powerpoint deck, but, it is another company that is hosting the teams meeting.
Will this work, or do we need the host to do something?

      Hello @VSClare-dj8hs! 👋
      ℹ️
If you're the host of the MS Teams meeting, and the other person helping you joins, you'll need to make the other person a Presenter (People > Select the person > Hover over the mic and click the three dots> and click on "Make Presenter".
Once they're a presenter, they will be able to share the presentation and Present with slido as a cohost only.
      And that's it 🙌
      Before the meeting ⚠️
      - They need to have slido for powerpoint downloaded
      - They need to be a co-host in the slido that is linked to the powerpoint presentation, otherwise it won't work
