    If we are doing pcr of plasmid dna so there is three conditions first if the primes is attached to forward and reverse strand of plasmid dna. Second is if primer is didn't attached to forward strand and third is if primer is attached to other site in forward strand. So what products we will get?

      Vector is a gene delivery vehicle, it could be plasmid ( coming from bacteria ) , phage lambda vector ( coming from virus), yeast chromosome ( coming from eukaryotes l
