This past week has been extremely rough. I hit the point in your video where you're talking about it's not a race go your own pace and just broke down. I suffer from cluster headaches that frequently turn into migraines. I just went through my latest episode where I was down for almost a full five days. I'm now trying to start tackling my house and I am so overwhelmed. Thank you for always reminding others that it's going to be okay. Tomorrow will be a better day and I'll get this done a little at a time so I don't re-trigger my terrible head. I hope you are feeling better. Have a good rest of your week!

I went on a mini vaca with family this weekend and when I came home I went straight mode into cleaning and got it all done I put you on my tv and it felt great getting it all done! It’s always good to declutter and give things away. Hope your feeling better! This week I found out I have diabetes so I’m trying to tackle it even though the dr said I could get out of it if I lose some weight so I’m trying to do this with my new journey it’s just so hard but with cleaning gives me more motivation to exercise and move around. Happy Sunday! We have our home sprayed every 3 months inside and out by a pest control company. I love it because it’s safe and won’t damage your floors or
hurt anything. Definitely safe for children and pets. I’m hoping you will be feeling better soon. It’s probably just the change of weather. You never look bad! Your a beautiful lady inside and out. Hi Jamie! Hope you continue to feel better. I as well suffer from sinus issues and mine are going crazy with our shift in temps here in Minnesota. Went from 92 degrees to the 40's in just a few days. When I’m feeling sick or low I always like to clean the house to the best of my ability without pushing myself too hard, and then treating myself to an at home spa treatment 😌

Yes! Teachers love organizing bins!!! I send all of my unwanted bins with my kids to school and the teachers use them or share among themselves!
Also, outgrown clothes and outerwear are appreciated by teachers! The school nurse appreciates extra clothes for kids who get hurt, etc, and kids always forget gloves and need dry socks in the winter! I have even donated a small Christmas tree to the school!
